Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Union Station

The room was comfortable. I wish there had been an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was very humid after showers. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good, with many options both hot and cold. Parking was right behind the hotel, however I don't like having to pay the hotel to park in their parking garage. Overall, we had a nice stay.

My husband and I were very impressed by this hotel. All the staff were so friendly, breakfast was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I checked in almost 2 hours early. The room was ready so the staff accommodated me. The kickback was busy but lines moved quickly. Breakfast was very good. The only issue I really had was with the building. Only one elevator for 7 floors and it's slow. I know it's an old building and not much can be done about it.

Highly recommend.

. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a wide variety of choices. Our room was clean. Hotel staff was top-notch.

Love the location and the fact that the hotel itself is located in a historic building. I appreciate the front desk staff being understanding of the fact we had a roof rack with a cargo management system on our vehicle, and allowed me to park in a spot not marked as a proper parking spot due to clearance in the garage.

Very stuffy lobby and check in area from the indoor pool. Floor of room was not very clean. Breakfast was decent but the evening meal was lacking.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The common areas were clean and well maintained, but the real standout was the breakfast and evening Kickback. It made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable, and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.

My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants.

I've stayed in much nicer Durey.

Clean place and friendly people, would stay again

An amazing historic building with more creature comforts than a new hotel. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Definite must see destination for travelers.

Friendly staff. Great place to stay with teenagers. Generous breakfast and food in evening. Quiet safe location. Close to subway. Work going on so pool and gym out of action. But they were kind enough to arrange for us to use sister hotel close by.

The staff was excellent very friendly bent over backwards to make sure our stay was excellent i would recommend this hotel to everyone I liked everything
