Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Union Station

Very nice hotel!

It was a great hotel located in a very neat part of town. It was clean and fit our needs perfectly.

Close proximity to Union Station, Energizer Park for soccer, and a short drive to Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a good location and right across from Union Station and its entertainment amenities. Staff was very friendly and gave me recommendations to visit around the city. At night, it is a bit isolated and would only recommend one drive to other areas instead of walking.

Our time spent at the Drury Hotel was a wonderful experience! The breakfast and evening appetizers were amazing. The 3 free drinks were a big bonus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will book with them again in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful. As we were checking in a busload showed up and staff had us wait a minute, but thanked us and gave us free parking. When our air conditioning wasn't working properly, they gave us advice on getting it to work and brought us a fan. It worked after the advice. They had a great perk of drinks and appetizers, but we didn't have time to partake. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely visit again!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and surprise dinner with drinks the night we arrived. Right across the street from the aquarium and wheel and only blocks from Amtrak.

Disappointing stay due to extreme noise and smoke odor. We typically enjoy our stays at this hotel, but our recent experience was very disappointing. Upon entering, our room smelled like smoke, but the noise level was the biggest issue. This was by far the noisiest room we have ever stayed in. Throughout the night, we could loudly hear running water through the walls every time another guest showered, took a bath, or flushed a toilet. Additionally, there was a persistent mechanical ringing sound that lasted all night. We noticed our window faced the parking garage and wondered if it was related to that, but it wasn't a standard phone or alarm ring. Between the plumbing noise and the constant ringing, we got little to no sleep before an early morning medical appointment. It was a very upsetting stay, especially since we usually have good experiences here. Management was alerted but did nothing.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was that I called the day before to inquire about early check in and was told you call a few hours before check in to see if it was possible. I called about 5 hours before check in and was told it was on a first come first serve basis starting at 1 pm. I got there exactly at 1 only to be told no rooms were available. Such an inconvenience. I feel as though there could be a lot more transparency or straightforwardness in this aspect. Outside of that, great hotel and enjoyed the stay with its amenities

I loved that hotel is near the stadium, also the Farris Wheel right in front of the hotel, but the most thing I liked which most hotels don’t have is “ the happy hour“. Your offer for the dinner each day is awesome. Your stuff is amazing, friendly and patient and very hard working. I really appreciate it.

Great breakfast and happy hour. I would highly recommend.

This was not a good experience. I went in person to cancel because I had booked othe drury plaza at the arch, but the reservation went to the union station. The woman at the front desk said she cancelled the stay. However I was still billed the full amount. I talked with the billing department And that employee said that despite the front desk telling me the reservation was canceled,she could not issue a credit because the room had been booked thru Expedia. Calling Expedia was worthless because they said they didn’t recognize the cancellation. Very frustrating, so I will not stay with drury or book with Expedia again.

Stayed here for the Lionel Richie concert at the Muny. Perfect.

The breakfast was one of the best they have lots of different choices. The appetizer at night was really good and it gave us several options.
