Check in tooks hours and went beyond 4pm making ua late for tickets we had, room smelled of old cigarettes, getting help with parking tickets was impossible and overall just a disappointment for a Marriott location.

Has to wait and request the room I booked. The hotel smelled like weed.

The most friendly staff I have ever met. They will go above your expectations to make sure you're in the know of the area, the rules, and provide anything that you may need for your stay.

I didn’t like we had to pay for parking in this large facility

First room we were assigned smelled like thick smoke. The second room’s toilet didn’t work. The staff was not helpful and very slow to respond.

I didnt like having to pay for parking. I also didnt like the desk chair was ripped. But everything else was great.

Breakfast selection was good. We had a spot on floor in living room that was soaked from a condensation leak. Maintenance installed a huge industrial fan for drying so we weren't able to use the living room area

Is the hotel "fine"- yes. But I won't re-book considering the cost-to-service ratio is lacking.

very dirty lobby and rooms. murky pool water and rude staff. very embarrassing choice to stay at this hotel.

I was unhappy about the oder in the room. And the bottom of my feet were pretty black after walking on the floor, which I didn't do for that long without shoes or socks, so that says a lot about the dirty carpet and kitchen area floor. I think it's terrible to have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot that your already paying a pretty penny to stay the night there. 20$ a night, I think that sucks.

Bed bugs, dirty underwear in dresser, leaking toilet, no coverings over couch cushions, smelly, dirty mattress, dirty walls, broken fold out couch. Place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY

The staff was helpful. The parking was good for the price .

The property was great! We requested a room by stairs and they got us right across the hall.

Poor quality and not clean. No up keep on the Property. Dirty pull out couch, so much that I wouldn’t put my kid on it. Bathroom door would not close.
