The staff was so nice and helpful at check in and through out the night coming and going. The property is beautiful. It was within walking distance of major attractions in the area. You do have to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of; I may have just missed that in the description. So that was a bummer. But overall was perfect location and just what we needed for our concert

We had a great stay for one night as we were in town for the Bryan Adams concert. Clean and updated hotel with security in the parking lot and friendly staff. Next time we’re in town, we will return.

No microwave in the room and paid $100 more at site than I booked online. Other than the $40 for parking not sure why cost was higher

Staff was very nice and helpful. Found a bed bug the first night and all they could do was let us switch rooms since we weren’t reward members. After that we were constantly looking for them. Now I’m not looking for a free time anywhere but I think they could have done something to better accommodate us for that inconvenience. Was in St Louis for a couple of games but that ONE thing could have caused us to leave and go back home.

I loved the courtyard facing room and access to the courtyard from the room.

The room was super clean and had everything we needed in it. Staff was helpful during all 3 of our interactions with them. Property very nice, and great location.
