A special shoutout to April at the front desk, who was absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She was genuinely my favorite person we met in the entire city! ❤️ And then there was the VIEW! Our room had an amazing view of the St. Louis skyline, including the Arch, and at night we could see the Union Station light show right from our room. Being able to sit back and watch the city light up without even leaving the room was such a cool experience. The location was perfect for exploring Union Station and everything around it, and having such a beautiful view made our stay even more memorable. Between the wonderful staff, especially April, the comfortable room, and that incredible view, this hotel made our St. Louis trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again! If you’re visiting St. Louis, I highly recommend requesting a room with a city/Union Station view. You won’t regret it! ✨🌃

We had a wonderful stay we was close to metrolink which helped a lot. And April was very sweet she took very good care of us and she was so nice she’s the person I wish all hotels had working for them.

Clothes from prior traveler were left on the floor along with a lot of crumbs. Room did not seem to have been vacuumed. Sink faucet had something stuck to it that I had to clean off. Beds and shower seemed to be clean, staff was very friendly and parking was great.

Very clean, contemporary room in a decent location. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Location was good and within walking distance to the aquarium, soccer stadium, and more. We had a great view to the soccer team's practice field. The cost. Very expensive for just two nights.

Nice hotel, great staff. Directly across the street from Energizer/City Park. Parking is $25/night and well worth it.

Room was decent. Parking was on the property but I sure don't know why the parking charges can't be included in the room charges rather than buried in the small print. It certainly would make a more fair comparison when seeking properties in the area.

Breakfast was good and the location was fine. Stayed there twice in three weeks. Nothing I didn't like.
