Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. Free breakfast was tasty every morning with a sufficient amount of tables for seating. Front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Crystal was extremely nice and suggested nearby places we could visit. Section of drinks and snacks available next to front desk also. There is a fitness center but we did not get a chance to check it out. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Location to union station Expensive for terrible quality bed and pillows, had to pay for parking, not the best food

Easy parking, free breakfast every day, the staff was super nice, easy walk to Union station.

Clean and a breathe of fresh air from the previous room I had to cancel at a different location. The computers went down but the front desk associate was patient and helpfu.

Good location. Have stayed in the Drury and Pear Tree Inn at the same location and this place wins hands-down. Excellent breakfast. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Our only issue was that the shower soap and shampoo were out; we had to ask for replacements, but the housekeeping staff just left them in the shower instead of replacing/filling the bottles.

Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. One day they didn’t attend to the room, the pillows were very thin, and their system overcharged parking by $300 (but once I caught it they fixed the error.) Overall I’d stay again, but we’d bring our own pillows.

Great view, clean room and friendly staff. Will be staying here again. Great location too. In walking distance to Union Station and restaurants. Safe neighborhood.

The breakfast was really good and I'm good variety of options. DeVante was very professional and kind and helpful. He did a great job making us comfortable at the hotel.

Good location and clean. Parking was not the best as there was not enough in their parking lot.

First of all, never stayed anywhere we had to beg for more toilet paper and towels. I mean really? Front desk was very rude and what amenities? The bar was closed and basically it's a joke.
