Check out Stay was terrible price was double what was quoted my air conditioner was leaking causing my carpet to be soaked 2 nights in a row 1st night they couldn’t move my room because they were dealing with a broken elevator

Everything was top notch. Staff were amazing, everything was very clean and pristine. The shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient. Parking at the hotel felt very safe. We will be doing this from now on when we fly out of St. Louis!

We had an issue with our sheets, but the guy at the front desk took care of it promptly. It was disappointing that the bar in the lobby was temporarily closed.
