Clean room, maintenance staff came in to fix the AC. Few visible details that are considerably worn in the room but other then that its very open and airy and comes with soft towels and a fridge which is a plus for me.

Our room was very clean. We loved how calm our stay was. We appreciated how welcoming was Ms. Doris at the front desk. We felt valued as the guests, all our questions were answered. We definitely will be back again!

Great Place to Stay, Convenient and close to everything downtown St. Louis

HOWEVER, our room smelled dirty and was! There were stains on the carpeting and chair. This room (819) needs a THOROUGH steam cleaning of the carpeting and any cloth covered furniture. The furniture and doors are very WORN as well. I don’t plan to stay here again.

Stay was good, room was clean. When we went to our room it was an unseasonably hot day and our room was 80 and the ac was blowing warm air. I went down and told the front desk and gentleman behind the desk snapped back at me saying it just needs reset and they would send someone up. Well… they never did. Thankfully my husband is handy and he was able to reset it so our room could cool down otherwise we would have been miserable all night.
