The staff was super friendly.

Room was very clean. Very accomodating for my pet. Good breakfast service.

Don’t expect to have parking in the parking garage if there’s an event at the Energizer Park next door. This and a broken elevator when we were trying to leave were the only issues we had though. Breakfast is decent. Happy hour and snacks were a plus. Nothing outstandingly great. Only a couple things were irritating and inconvenient.

The AC would intermittently stop working. I awoke in the night to find the room at 76 degrees. The bathroom was tiny, with insufficient counter space. The tub was old and dirty. The breakfast was fine as was the pool. The parking structure was handy.

Needs an update for stains are everywhere on floors and dents and dings noticed throuout property

We had a good sleep in this hotel for 6 nights. That is the most important thing. The beds and linens were clean and didn't smell like toxic chemicals. The bathroom ceiling had been poorly repaired, and wasn't finished all the way. There was black stuff on the ceiling, a pretty big amount, that looked like black mold, but they were booked so we couldn't get a new room. Our A/C also broke for almost two whole days, but the maintenance guys were very quick to come fix it. They had to come three times, but finally got it repaired on the third try. It wasn't the end of the world. We were comfortable. I probably wouldn't book that hotel again, but it was good enough, and the staff were great!

Amazing view of downtown! Check in was easy. Room had water stains on the ceiling and random places that were not clean such as curtains and walls.

The staff were charming and wanted to be helpful. However, the facility itself was stressed to the max. Our room was not available upon arrival, we didn't have hot water for morning showers and the pool was cloudy. The breakfast and happy hour service and offerings saved the stay. It was a perfect place for student travel -- however, not at all what we were looking for. Because we booked thru Expedia, they couldn't comp our room the first night and could only offer a future nights stay (which frankly, wasn't worth it). I will definitely reconsider using Expedia in the future.

It was all around a great experience. The dining area was always clean and the food was good. Kickback was a plus and fun for the kids. The pool was interesting. The first night it was overfilled so when my 7 year old jumped in at the 3 foot section, he could not easily touch the bottom and we had to jump in to help. The next few nights it was cloudy. The hot tub seemed to need to be fixed- the jets blew the water out. The room was nice, clean, and accommodated us all. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location for the aquarium and other St. Louis attractions. The breakfast, staff, and room were great. It's great that you don't have to pay extra to park in the hotel's parking garage.
