The shower curtain was 3" too short to contain the water inside of the shower. We walked about 5 blocks with our baggage to find cheaper parking. The place was clean. Friendly help.
-
I was there seven days as no one cleaned my room. The shower didn’t work when I arrived I had to call twice after waiting 45 minutes and they still didn’t come before it was time for me to go to work. I hand to grab everything by myself, towels and toilet paper. The refrigerator was running water.

Room was clean. Breakfast was solid. Staff was very polite and helpful. Allowed us to check in early

Definitely not like any other Hilton I’ve stayed before. Very sketchy neighborhood with homeless sleeping on church steps across street. Woke up to midnight gang shooting battle with cops over 2 dozen shots plus 2 shotguns with dozens of cop cars. Had 2 nights left after one. Went to stay at Hilton ballpark 10000 times better. Would not stay there again for free

The hotel itself is very nice and safe, but be careful when outside of it.
-
Parking is a challenge but doable
-
convenient location, yummy breakfast, and clean property.
-
Within an easy walking distance of city Museum. However, did not feel safe walking through that part of town at night.

Parking could be a better breakfast could be better overall it was a good stay

Simply didn’t know I reserved this

Upon entering the hotel, we encountered an intoxicated guest attempting to check in while carrying a pint of liquor in his back pocket. He was visibly intoxicated, using profanity, slurring his speech, and had an open container. What was most concerning was that the security personnel on duty did nothing to address the situation. The room itself was also disappointing. It appeared unkempt, and the linens had an unpleasant odor that made them seem old and unclean. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Based on our experience with the parking, security concerns, and condition of the room, I would not recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. Staff was super friendly. Will be back!

Great room. Nice selection on breakfast. Convenient. Parking was not what was expected. $55 to valet park my car. Street parking with meters only other option.
-
The parking situation was not good, arriving and especially leaving. Since there is extremely limited street parking, valet is necessary. Very expensive!! Leaving, even after calling ahead, we had to wait at least 20 minutes to get our car. They had one person going to get them from down the block. Our room was nice! Bed comfortable! Breakfast decent.

The staff were very helpful at the hotel.
-
Parking was not great and was expensive, found under carriage hairs on the towels that were not used.

The rooms were real nice and the bathroom very clean. The property was a historic landmark. It used to be the Head Quarters of Shell. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Security was also on hand 24/7. Property was walking distance or a short Uber ride from the Stadium and also the Arch. There were some homeless around the area because a church and the library is next door. This was a little annoying, but the hotel staff can do nothing about them being on Public grounds (church and library). Never felt unsafe and never was bothered. I saw a lot of negative reviews of the property because of the homeless, but people need to understand that all major cities have a homeless problem. This is not the hotels issue and there were none on the property due to security. I will definitely stay here again. The negative reviews I read and from negative people and not a true indication of this property and its staff. Great stay! Thank you!

Breakfast was fresh and they kept up on a busy Friday morning.

The system to check in was down and we waited 4 hours to be able to get into our rooms. It wasn’t the staff’s fault but when asked how we would be compensated they simply said “that’s on Hilton” lol no apologies. Nothing. Asked about the laundry room, they said we’d need quarters and we could get them from the front desk when we needed it. Went downstairs to exchange dollar bills to said quarters and was rudely told they didn’t have them and couldn’t help us lol. Breakfast and housecleaning staff were super friendly though!
