The staff especially the manager was absolutely amazing so was the valet employees. The room had a few problems like our blackout shades wouldn't go all the way down, and our bathroom door would get stuck an not open back up, the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. But other than that it was a great stay especially for pridefest weekend.

Staff was so friendly and kind, the hotel itself was beautiful. My room was excellent, it was a 20 min walk to the arch. Loved it.

Our room was amazing. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. My only complaint is the construction surrounding the property. GPS was not cooperating with re-routing us to a way that we could actually access the hotel via vehicle. I had to call to get directions. It would have been awesome to have received an email notification to let us know that - with alternate directions.

Breakfast was great!

Checked in and were given a room that clearly belonged to another guest. Was quite surprised to open the door to a room full of someone else’s belongings. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were under cooked. No salt available. Had to use coffee cups for juice. Only silverware available was spoons.

Great rooms friendly staff and great location

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great fitness room and had laundry machines for guest use.

The stay was good even though I was there for one night.

Thought it was an extremely nice stay, cool and kind employees. Conveniently close to everywhere i needed to go. Definitely considering staying here again next near!

Staff were incredibly helpful and very polite. Every staff member we encountered was positive and doing a great job. We had a few issues like the blinds in our room not opening and a hook that needed to be repaired, but we only stayed for a short period so it wasn’t a huge deal. We utilized the valet parking and we were very happy with that decision. The location was ideal for walking to the stadium and city museum. The breakfast options changed both morning we were there which was great.

Awesome amenities for the price point. There’s no parking so they essentially force you to valet your car though….

Overall, maintenance is an issue.

It was close to the arch. Bed was comfortable. In a run down area (my children felt unsafe) with no parking and had to pay 55.00 dollars for parking overnight although it was secure parking. At first glance the inside appears nice however it is dirty, unable to get an extra towel until 7am the staff member “I don’t know where to get any”. Property does have a security guard at the door though.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was so bad. Couldn't just park and walk around hotel area. Ended up getting a parking ticket.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast!! The food was fresh and tasty with a good variety. The breakfast staff kept everything clean and well-stocked. The shower faucet was extremely difficult to turn. The evening front desk staff was not helpful, even after I told them I needed help turning on the faucet. I ended up with a cold shower on the first day due to a lack of help.

From the outside ur like hmmm! And then u walk in and it top tier! The room lay out was perfect! The staff was warm and inviting! The continental breakfast was top tier! Yummy and great variety!

Great location and nice property

The hotel is very well located in the city center, close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
