Live by Loews - St.Louis

Came for a concert at Busch stadium- loved the convenience of the location! The front desk and valet staff were great! The furniture in the rooms definitely are in need of an upgrade- they have a ton of wear and tear but it was clean enough. A big downside was the insane wait for elevators back up to our room after the show. It took so long we opted to climb the 14 flights of stairs back to our 7th floor room. Overall a nice stay but may look into other options on a return trip.

Ideally located. Room amenities were very nice. Nice restaurant as well.

We came for the Noah Kahan concert. The hotel was right next door to the stadium and our room had a view of the merch truck so we could watch the line for the best time to go. The valets were all so helpful and the manager actually brought our luggage to our room when the others were busy. Right in the middle of entertainment, restaurants, baseball stadium. We had breakfast room service our last day and it was delicious. Will definitely stay again if we have another concert in STL or to see a game when our Braves play the Cards.

We stayed here for the Noah Kahan concert at Busch Stadium. The location was perfect. It could not have been more convenient and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

The room spent all day sucking in heat from the sun and was very hot at bed time. The thermostat was locked and couldn't be turned down. Was sweating and unable to sleep. When attempted to make coffee using the in house coffee maker, it didnt work. No sleep and no coffee. The facility was nice but comfort not so much.

Was very satisfied with our stay. Easy to get anywhere and on site parking was easy. Definitely stay again.

The hotel is just OK. The room was large, but nothing fancy. Very minimal in decor. Hotel based solely for access to Busch Stadium, which was conveniently located right across the street. Very expensive for a hotel room that overlooked a rooftop. No view whatsoever. No upgrade offered. The cost for a two night stay was over $700. Valet parking was $50, and then upon check-in the front desk advised that additional $10 per night was going to be assessed at the time of checkout. Completely ridiculous. I guess they didn’t have enough money from me already. We also spent an exorbitant amount of money for dinner at their restaurant which was hardly full, yet we had to wait for a 745 reservation. When filet mignon cost $42 with no accompaniments. The meat had to be returned because it was not cooked enough and came out medium rare. The salad had hardly any dressing on it. The only good thing was the bread. The bar specifically did not have the correct whiskey list for the whiskey flight. And the bartender put some sweet-and-sour in the Aperol spritz which was horrible. Should not have left a tip, but we did anyway. I won’t have to worry about going back to this hotel. Will likely stay at the Hilton or Hyatt if I ever go back to St. Louis.
