Excellent location right in Ballpark village. Self parking garage and Starbucks within a 2 minute walk was also a great perk! 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect stay downtown for our family, walkable to ball park and gateway arch, multiple restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel two separate times in one weekend and valet both times and drank one water out of the room and was charged differently even though the stays where identical. When I contacted the hotel about the issues they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. Also, when checking in for the second stay the night staff acted like they were super inconvenienced by someone checking in not something that you would expect when paying hundreds of dollars to stay there. Poor customer service

This is our new go to hotel for our Busch stadium games and concerts. We were so happy to be there the staff is amazing and considerate.

Everything was high quality from the food and drinks to the bedding, and warm friendly staff.

After checking in we discovered what appeared to be blood on the sheets. We informed the staff and our sheets were changed. They also comped one night of parking which was a bit disappointing considering it was blood on the sheets rather than something like dirt or mud. The last hotel where I had a somewhat similar issue, they immediately moved us to a different room and comped the night for the inconvenience. Would have been nice to see some sort of effort like that by this hotel. $40 just pathetic considering the amount spent on the property.

Perfect place to stay for a baseball game.

We were in St Louis for the Cardinals vs Marlins game. The hotel is right across the street from Busch stadium, so it was super convenient!! The hotel is beautiful! We did use the 2nd floor bar after the game and it was fun! Didn't get a chance to try any food ☹️...maybe next time! Would HIGHLY recommend this Hotel to everyone!!

Location, location Lobby, restaurant, and bar too cold.

The shower curtain hooks were not working. We tried to rehook them properly, but they didn’t work. Water sprayed all over the floor creating a dangerous situation.

Clean and comfortable. Delicious restaurant meals. Will reserve a stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Close to baseball game

Right next door to Busch Stadium. Great experience for baseball fans. Surrounding area filled with opportunities to enjoy your time there.

Excellent stay

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and extremely attentive. The location was great as well. Lots of attractions and restaurants within a short walking distance. We did have housekeeping issues with the 1st room. However, they rectified the issue immediately.
