Hampton Inn Easton

The hotel employees were pleasant enough. We were, however, very disappointed in our stay this past week. It was evident that the property is not being maintained. The upholstery on one of the (uncomfortable) chairs was stained and had several holes in them. The carpet was stained, and the floor around the bed and the bedframe was visibly dirty. The window roller shade was water- stained and looked horrible. The shade stopped midway and would not move down. Then, the shade rolled down on it's own and it would not move back up. We requested assistance and were told that someone would fix it while we were out for the day, but that never happened. The room was so dark with the shade down and because the lighting was very dim in the room and in the bathroom. We voiced our concerns to the front desk on two occasions. We feel badly giving such a poor review, but we have never stayed in a hotel that was in such poor condition and especially for the price we paid. Note that the housekeeping staff only come every other day, but they only provide fresh towels and take the trash out (we made our own bed). No other cleaning is provided. We will not be staying in this hotel in the future.

We had an overall great experience here. Room was clean & quiet, beds were comfortable, shower was good, and the delicious breakfast that was included was the perfect bonus on top of everything. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the carpet being wet near the window due to some type of leak, but it did little if anything to dampen our experience (no pun intended). We will definitely be staying here again!

Room was great for our family of 4 to sleep in. We basically dined and dashed the whole trip and only stayed there for sleep. The gym was used by my son and everyone appreciated a bit of breakfast in the morning. Our room had a nice view too and a quiet location on the 5th floor. Overall a great stay. We will be back.

My grandkids enjoyed their stay there. One more thing, the complimentary breakfast was out of this world-so much to choose from. This was the best part for the boys and myself! Thank you!

Breakfast was decent. Staff were pleasant and responsive. Cleanliness was poor. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning including floor and sink area. Poor value for the price.

I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times through out the last 4 years and it is always great. Clean and the people are friendly and close to everything.

I checked into the room and found the AC wasn’t really functioning well. I received a text from the front desk, welcoming me to the property and asking how everything was going. I explained the issue with the AC and the front desk promptly switched me to a different room. The new room had great AC and I was very pleased with the ease and response.

Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
