Wonderful service! We had a fantastic stay at Tru by Hilton Easton. All the staff were friendly and professional, very welcoming and attentive. The facilities are modern, the rooms very comfortable and cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was very complete, with high-quality products and impeccable service. Complimentary WIFI, tea, coffee and fruits. Breakfast area was really relaxing. We enjoyed two hours in the warm pool. Enjoyed playing pool and others tables games. Without a doubt, it is a hotel I would return to and would recommend to anyone visiting Easton. Would stay again.

Clean is ALWAYS #1!! Staff were very polite and professional. Breakfast options are amazing! Absolutely love the complimentary Shampoo/Conditioner and body wash. Needed instructions on operating the window shades. Although it was an easy fix once I called for staffing assistance, I believe there should be instructions given beforehand.

The system was down I tried to check in at 4:30 there had been people there since 2 and I came back around 9 system still down, same guy was there and with no help. Things happen but my biggest problem was they had nothing in place to fix the problem or help us. Manager handled this poorly. They didn't offer anything at all. At this point I gave up and found another place to stay.

Free (good) coffee 24/7 was a huge perk for me. I also often choose Hilton brand hotels because they typically have the waffle maker at their free breakfast. It’s a small thing but it was nice to have a tasty breakfast to look forward to after night shifts. Staff was super nice and helpful. I will be back when working in the area again.

Clean, great location, wonderful breakfast

I'm assuming when they built this hotel, they forgot to put insulation in. Both nights were filled with a screaming child and parents above us. You could hear every step made. Breakfast staff was nice. Unfortunately our team staying here had to miss out on Sunday because it didnt start until 7am and we had to leave for the fields at 6:30.
