Unfortunately there were no areas to push the loaded carts that didn’t require going up and down the curbs. Needs easier: handicap access to the doors. Also, we hadn’t checked out yet and they started cleaning our rooms when we were still needing them.

I love to stay here but this time I was in a room were their was no microwave I didn’t like that and the room was warm but besides that I always love staying here

The staff was very accommodating.

The room was rather small. There was a fridge in the room, but no microwave or coffee maker.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offers some variety.

Hotel focuses on wide open spaces. From entry to room and breakfast area. IMO its a bit much. More surface areas to keep clean. Wall coverings in room not for me, its the modern flare they seek.Dark plank flooring with minimal lghting in a super lg space made room seem xtra dark. must be minimally 10ft ceilings! We did not hear any upper floor noise. Although you could hear hallway and door closing. Tha ac worked well. The bedding was clean, comfotable. The bathroom was good. Still had new appearance. We had an accessible shower with 2 shower heads, one washand hl. Water power was fair. The shower leaked into the room despite 2 floor drains. Gravity took water away from the drains. The breakfast was good . spread all over a huge service area with lots of counters. Area was clean well maintained. icemachines and elevators worked well. Pet friendly.

Checked in, very small room, bedding was not good, towels are older and small. Housekeeping non existent. Will not stay here again. Better options in the area.

Great stay! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options each morning, which was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated that hot and cold drinking water was available throughout the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

Rooms too small… only 1 chair in room
