Staff very friendly. Room could have been a little more updated. Seemed old. Definitely needed extra towels. Room wasn’t cleaned daily.

Stayed here previously with no issues. Last trip hotel seemed more run down and new gentleman at front desk was not helpful or very friendly. We checked out and moved to the Home2Suites.

Clean rooms and common areas great pool and hot tub and excellent staff will definitely be back again my kids loved it.

We arrived to our room and at cost it had an odd smell but we got over that. The air conditioning made a loud noise when turned on and we needed to turn it to 62 to have it kick on and then you could adjust it. The tv in the children’s room or the adjacent room don’t work and when I informed front desk they said maintenance could come following morning. The following morning no one came and we were able to fix it ourselves. The shower drain went down slower and I had to manually lift the drain in order don’t to go down. Furniture was outdated and the beds were extremely bouncy it felt like when I would turn over into bed that I was on a trampoline.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, Taya, Nylah, the man at the front desk Sunday morning, the pool maintenance guy, the breakfast was very good. I literally had no complaints. I would love to commend the customer service at this location in Nazareth. It's do hard to come across these days. Please keep treating people kind. Thank you for an awesome stay. 😌
