Room was not great, cigarette holes in bedding and holes in tub/shower. My kids even commented on how dirty it was. Only needed to sleep so wet made due. The AC unit was very loud clunked on and off all night. Room was very hot and muggy walking in because the windows were open behind a curtain. Normally don’t leave reviews but will not stay again.

Definitely get what you pay for, but it was good for my stay. Staff was incredibly friendly upon check in. Room was clean…could use some updating but it was not dirty or gross by any means. I would stay there again if needed!

Easy access off the highway, room was comfortable. TV wasn't working properly the first day there, but being on vacation wasn't too worried about it.

It said continental breakfast and it was a donut and coffee. The walls were very thin so you heard everything. Although the room was very big and pillows and bed were very comfortable.

Tub moldy. dust on bathroom light fixture. Musty smell as if they couldn't get the smell of cigarettes completely out of the carpet. No real amenities, but the towels were clean. Next to some sort of race track so there were loud engines until 10 at night. Given that, it served its purpose for the price and there was a good restaurant at the Hy Vee next door for breakfast.

Had the most "front" room, so lots of road noise. The Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent & the bed was rock hard. Probably won't be staying here again.

The room was clean and AC worked great. The only downside was in the particular room I was in, I could not turn the water handle to take a shower. I would definitely return. Can't beat the price.

Clean basic room. Firm, comfortable bed; working air conditioner, fridge and microwave. Excellent blackout curtains. Great bargain stay.

The property was clean and convenient and the staff were very helpful. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker included.

Good, clean hotel, great value. Breakfast is minimal. But what I love it the ice machine - plenty of ice for everyone. That works well for people like me that are travelling and living out of a cooler.

The bathroom was gross!! There was a hole with peeling pain and plaster by the to and the drain plug was laying on the soap dar and was black on the bottom We immediately went back to check out and they charged us for a full night when we had beeb there less than 30 minutes. Awful customer service and advise to go elsewhere...awful experience

Location and price, good Location with restaurants within walking distance. Rooms have been updated. Toiletries need to be better, soap and shampoo were inadequate
