Great find when I needed to stop in Eau Claire. Hotel was close to some dining options and my room was excellent, with a kitchenette and full-sized fridge, definitely keeping this one in the memory bank.

Huge room! Nicely equipped. Good breakfast. Hardwood floors needed a good cleaning and the dishwasher did not work well. Positives outweighed the negatives and I would stay there again.

Was fine, weird room set up for an extended stay hotel, old stained furniture.

Stairwell carpet was the only thing that looked like it could be cleaned or replaced, but there was an elevator also.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. However, overall the property needs a little work.

I liked the suite size but the musty smell was strong in the room. Like old carpet smell. We opened the window and got some air freshener and that helped. Shower was nice but it could've had more light.

Everything was excellent, staff, property, amenities and pool. due to emergency i leave early but definitely sure i will come back soon.

Breakfast was great. My kid loved the pancake machine. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Nothing awful, but there was popcorn under the couch when we opened the sofa bed.

The whole place had a horrible smell it was dirty. The hot tub was broken. We couldn’t even stay booked at a different hotel.

Quiet and clean. Road construction may it challenging to get to. Not the fault of the property.

Room was clean and comfortable. Patio furniture was very well used and needs to be repllaced

The suite was nice to have a separate area for reading and sleeping. Very pleasant.

Was disappointed at the quality of the hotel. Driveway going into the hotel had huge potholes that could ruin a car. Breakfast was minimal. Kitchenette had bare bones supplies. Shower curtain rod was missing screws so it was falling off the wall, creating lots of water to spray out during a shower. Charged extra for a 3rd person even though the room we booked had a max of 6.
