The room was clean. Not the greatest pillows. No complimentary breakfast. The only option was the restaurant which was in the hotel. We couldn't get a seat for 10-15 minutes because they only had 1 server. We left.

The restaurant had good food. They couldn’t provide a receipt at checkout. Don’t go through a third party for booking. I suggest booking your stay through hotel it self.

The Manager was one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. No smile, very unwelcoming and immediately argumentative….when she finally came out of her office. Did I interrupt something to check in? The Property Manager.

We appreciate the design of the accessible rooms in Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express hotels. There is room to maneuver and design has been thoughtfully planned. Our original room had been reassigned, but staff fixed it immediately with an upgrade. It was located where we could easily get to what we needed.

The staff was so nice and they went above and beyond when I asked if they could do a little something for my daughter's 13th birthday celebration. They were so sweet and helped make my daughter's birthday so memorable.

The location was perfect — close to everything while still feeling quiet and private. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Every part of my experience felt thoughtful and high quality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience.

I asked for housekeeping to come and clean my room. When they did my room the did vacuum the floor, did not clean the bathroom sink or cleaned the floor. I also asked for 3 more bath towels and I did not receive them either

We stayed for one night. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The hotel was very quiet. We would stay there again.

The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub. Unfortunately when we got to the pool room the hot tub was greenish brown and you couldn't see to the bottom of the hot tub. It was quite the let down being that is all she requested is to sit in a hot tub and relax.
