This hotel is so nice and is in a convenient location. Johnny's Steakhouse is right in the hotel and Target, Kohls, and Walmart is just down the road.

Horrible reservation process! Hotel was good, but given the cost...not a great value compared to others we've stayed at. In fact, we reduced what could have been a two day stay to one day due to the excessive cost. Have informed the folks who planned our event at this hotel that the prices are over the top.

The outdoor fireplace was so lovely! The facility is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff were exceptional.

The staff we encountered were amazing! The room was clean, only disadvantage to the room is that the climate control system is set up for motion activation. Found this out after asking a staff if there was something we needed to do to keep it cool for when we came back. We were spending all day outside in brutal heat to come back to an almost 80° room. Only other minor issue was the Wi-Fi often didn’t work or was very laggy and at one point was better to just shut off the Wi-Fi and use data on my phone. The optional breakfast is so worth the add on price. Delicious! Those couple minor things don’t outweigh all the positives of staying here.

The room and hotel facilities were maintained to a satisfactory standard. However, the front desk service did not meet expectations. Upon my arrival shortly after 10 PM on the check-in date, I parked my motorcycle under the overhang. I inquired with the front desk attendant if this parking location was permissible, and I was assured that it was acceptable. Following this confirmation, I proceeded to my room to unpack and prepare for the evening. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from the front desk instructing me to relocate my motorcycle. I explained that I had previously been advised by another front desk representative that the parking was acceptable. The current representative insisted that the motorcycle needed to be moved, without providing a clear explanation for the change in policy. This inconsistency in information and lack of a satisfactory resolution has led me to conclude that I will not be utilizing Holiday Inn accommodations in the future.

The room was clean. Not the greatest pillows. No complimentary breakfast. The only option was the restaurant which was in the hotel. We couldn't get a seat for 10-15 minutes because they only had 1 server. We left.
