Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and delightful front desk service. Didn't try the breakfast but I heard great things about it from the folks I traveled with. Can't ask for much more for the price.

Hotel has no elevator. If your handicap request 1st floor. Too many stairs for handicap.

Wanted a no smoking room which it supposedly was but when entering the room even though it said no smoking it smelled terribly like smoke with burn holes in the carpet.

Nice affordable stay for our family on our cross country Roadtrip. Facilities a little old but convenient location and good breakfast made up for it. Rooms and beds were clean. Most things that needed repair were cosmetic only.

Rooms were very clean, TV was nice size, breakfast was average (the staff did keep messes wiped up). The bathroom door was very squeaky for middle of the night use. All in all, a nice place for the money.

Room had a terrible musty smell. Did not feel any wet carpeting, however it smelled like it was moldy.

It was a great hotel in a great location. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. We went to Rock USA it was about a 20 minute drive from there which wasn’t great after a long day at a festival but it was manageable. In fact I would probably stay there again. The doors leading to the outside could definitely use some TLC but overall it was a great place and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bed and pillows were decent. Air conditioner worked very well, appreciated that bcus it was 109f heat index outside. Bathroom/Shower had plenty of hot water for our sore muscles while recovering from 4 day music festival each day back at the hotel. Room had a small fridge and microwave! Room darkening drapes were very appreciated so we could sleep in. Plenty of bathroom amenities available on shower/tub wall. Lots of towels and hand rags which was nice, to wipe down with until shower became available from fellow room guests. Has a pool! Plenty of Continental breakfast options continuously stocked and from 6a-10a! Front desk friendly at all hours, plus allowed late checkout on last morning. Parking spots readily available and close to entrances. Hotel close to restraunts, Mall and Freeway. Cons: In no particular order of significance....Pot holes and lots of loose gravel and asphalt pieces all thruought the lot. Hotel lobby smells like stale air, hallways like weed and rooms like a musty basement. Sink faucet extremely short and was difficult to wash hands. Shower/tub was filthy dirty and very very old/unkempt with a very low shower head. Im 6' and had to bend over to get under the water. The conditioner bottle on wall shot out over my head when the bottle was pumped, very funny but explains why the tub was slippery getting in! Room numbers signage to which way you go to your room number ONLY on main floor. No signage once upstairs. No elevator. Not many outlets.

left a pair of swimming shorts at the hotel and when I came back to get them, the employee said they didn't have them. After pressing him a bit, he literally walked back and grabbed them in like 3 seconds.

Room had only one chair, otherwise great. Great towels, bed comfortable, good breakfast.

We were greeted with Rebeca the manager on duty! She let us check in an hour earlier which was so nice so we could start our vacation! We stayed for 2 days it was very quiet we were so tired we are out like a light! This place is close to a lot of shopping Carabou coffee, Ross, Walmart ect. They had a somewhat good breakfast they had pancakes, one day eggs and sausage one day biscuits and gravy! Toast, sweet rolls ect.
