Zero insulation/sound proofing in walls. Would hear neighbors every word etc. not great.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy! Nice staff.

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. There was a pet fee that wasn't disclosed on Hotels.com, but was waived by staff for us.

Front Desk staff was excellent.

We had problems with walk in shower. the staff said the would make it right and credit one night. It never happened and they didn't tell us until after they checked us out. and they wouldn't give us any paperwork.

We enjoyed our room as the beds and pillows were comfy. There was plenty of room for 5 of us. The kids enjoyed using the pool. The downfall of the room was that the bathroom didn’t lock! This led to my toddler opening the door as people were using it. I wish it had a latch to prevent this. Staff were helpful and kind! Breakfast had a great selection!

Everyone was great, breakfast was good, and the gym was perfect.

fees are too high and not well disclosed. Staff was unable to help and just gave me a card to contact someone saying no manager was as on site to talk to. Will not stay again. Too bad because otherwise decent room and meal

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was disappointing as multiple items needed to be restocked (both food and utensils) and staff was nowhere to be found. Overall a good stay despite the breakfast.

Stayed just 1 night for a quick stop while driving home. Everything was clean, pool was nice, property was quiet.
