Great hotel. Nice clean room
-
Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had a suite and it was very spacious and had everything you would need for eating in. The breakfast was pretty good and kept well stocked. The only thing was they let dogs stay and in the room next to ours there were 2 or 3 dogs that started barking before 9 pm and barked continuously for almost 2 hours. Very annoying to say the least and definitely put a damper on our stay. We did notify the front desk and they had other complaints.

Great breakfast & good customer service
-
The hotel was perfect except for the room smelling like a large wet dog who rolled over in the living area of the suite. It stunk like it was soured. I had one of the desk persons come up and smell it too. He agreed. Other than that, it was great!
-
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfasts with different choices for the days we were there.
-
It was all a really great stay except for problem of a frozen pizza delivery truck was parked next to the hotel and the compressor kicked on and off all night...
-
Enjoyed stay
-
Hotel was clean and room was a good size. One dryer sounded like it would fly apart any time but they were servicing things while we were there.
-
The pool was closed the whole day.
-
My only problem in the room was the bed was really hard. The breakfast could use a little upgrade.
-
Zero insulation/sound proofing in walls. Would hear neighbors every word etc. not great.
-
Nice newer hotel near restaurants. Easy to get downtown Eau Claire.
-
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy! Nice staff.
-
Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. There was a pet fee that wasn't disclosed on Hotels.com, but was waived by staff for us.
-
Front Desk staff was excellent.
-
Met all our expectations.
