Comfort Inn & Suites Eden Prairie - Minneapolis Southwest

Rooms were nice and updated. looks older from outside but inside is nice. The breakfast compared to the other 12 hotels I've stayed this summer could be a lot better. eggs were super dried out. waffles were same as others. sausage same as others. fridge in room is smaller than most. make sure you have everything before 9am as they just shut lights and start grabbing to put things away. most I've stayed at the person cleaning usually comes to customer who is sitting letting them know they are closing to please grab what else your wanting. Was pretty unprofessional or courteous compared to most.

I will definitely be back!

Only issues we had was the ice machines didn’t work and there was no hot tub. Staff was great, good breakfast, very clean property.

Breakfast was great, lots of items, stocked right until the end, loved the chocolate waffles, along with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurts, etc! The sitting area was quite large too! I would definitely return if in the area again, it was a great value, and great hotel!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! I honestly can’t say enough good about this Comfort Inn Suits in Eden Prairie.

I had requested a handicap accessible room in my reservation which I did not get. I requested help from the staff which they were unwilling to do. Terribly narrow doorway plus very low toilet stool is extremely difficult to navigate by a handicapped person.

TV remote wasn’t working, went to front desk and they gave me a second one and replaced the battery in the original. Between both we made the tv work. Some channels were awful. Breakfast was really good. Parking was ok. Nice to have no noise in the hallway during the night, was quiet all night. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was clean and our room was clean and spacious. There was a slow drip in bathtub and the toilet seemed to sit low. The ice machine was hard to find. I think there was only 1 in the hotel and it wasn’t working at the time. Nice size pool and pool area and courtyard. Would definitely stay there again

We were off to a great stay as we were greeted by a friendly woman at check-in, so sorry I don't remember her name. We stayed for a week and we were given a suite which was a super nice surprise. The bed was a king and extra comfy with fluffy pillows. The living room was very comfortable with a couch, 2 chairs, tables and footstool. There was a desk with a desk chair and a little mini kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator. There was a patio off the living room with chairs and a table that looked to the park-like courtyard. The bath was renovated and stocked with bath toiletries. The room had a nice clean smell. Never heard anyone next door or upstairs so that was a plus. On-site laundry and indoor pool. Hot and cold breakfast items are available every morning. We are definitely going to stay here when we are in the area again.

Our stay was great from the minute we checked in. Room was very clean, it was quiet. Breakfast was very good, hot and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

This place used to be the Sonesta and the name change has caused mass confusion. Had to give the Uber driver the street address to be able to get there as Comfort Inn & suites doesn't appear on Uber/Maps/etc.

In addition, the remote was sticky. I understood that I was booking a very basic overnight stay, but I expected more from this chain.
