Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eden Prairie – Minneapolis by IHG

Great location and price. Overall clean but a little dated around the edges.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a really long time. Thank you to the housekeeping staff. I really can’t think of anything.

Location and service

Wonderful stay! So Nice So...

Very clean, spacious room, excellent breakfast

Can't think of anything I did not like!

Good coffee, cordial staff. Chairs is room so so in terms of comfort.

Breakfast was delicious. Nothing was bad.

It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was excellent and very attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Rooms were clean No issues

Had a nice stay. Very friendly staff!

Clean and located closer to shops

Very nice place and nice staff. Convenient for eating and shopping!! Would definitely recommend.

Male staff seemed high strung and mildly aggressive.

Room was nice and clean. Nice breakfast every morning of eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, pancake making machine, coffee and juices. Staff was very friendly. No probs at all.

Superb

Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable! We loved having 2 bathrooms!

Property is clean and very well maintained with safe parking. Night and day front desk staff were both amazing. Breakfast as always, is still on of the best among the chain hotels.

Clean comfortable room. All of hotel was clean and fresh. Easy route to Chanhassen Dinner Theater.

There was an overpowering smell of fragrance in the lobby, hallway and somewhat in the room which caused a headache. Asked registrations staff member what it was and they stated “there is a fragrance device on wall that sprays every so many minutes and it might be the ckesning solution used.” It’s unfortunate for those with allergy or smell sensitivities. Otherwise, clean comfortable room except wall thermostat did not regulate the temp set for the room
