Everything was very well taken care of and clean. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel. Definitely will stay here again!

NOT LIKE 1. No waste basket by the mic.refridge.kitchen workspace 2. NO TV CHANNELS! 3. Would have been very nice when both the individuals I spoke with actually knew what no t v channels meant. Bringing me up, a list of channels?Does absolutely no good when there are NO CHANNELS. ALL I GOT WAS A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THERE WAS NO ANTENNA.NO INTERNET NO ANYTHING. Neither the manager nor the individual I spoke with on Wednesday night understood what I was saying.Show me how to operate the remote is not gonna make there be any channels.

The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was a bit small but enough for us. The breakfast each morning was excellent. And the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay here again!

I called THREE time and finally stopped by and said I’m going to my medical procedure now do you have a room early or not!!!! He started saying the same thing and I said just tell do you have a room NOW - im standing here asking because I am going to have a procedure done and would like to rest after. He put us in a room immediately. Very frustrating communication. Once checked in it was great

Everything was great except the pillows and the sheets. The pillows were completely flat and smelled like dirty hair. The front desk accommodated us by getting us what appeared to be brand new pillows. The sheets seemed to be too small for the bed. The flat sheet on the bottom came off the bed every night. We felt like we were entangled is the sheets every morning. Everything else was great. Just those two things could use some work. See above

Bathtub had stained and wasn't pleasant to take a bath

Actually I wasn't sure if this hotel going to work when we pulled up, but looks can be decieving right? I booked based on the lots of positive reviews and I think I made a right pick! Room was small, but clean and well maintained. Hotel situated very close to the highway, but we had no issues with nose, plus shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. Pool was nice and clean, picked right time better checking out on Sunday, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was great and tasty, oh my goodness, yes coffee was great, probably best hotel coffee I ever had all because some smart person decided to invest into a real coffee machine with grinder in it. I know.. I'm a coffee snob. I'll recommend this hotel.
