Hampton Inn Eden Prairie Minneapolis

Bathroom was great. Everything very clean and had all amenities a person would need. I would stay here again for sure.

Helpful staff Nothing comes to mind

Clean and convenient!

The room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

I would have given this property a solid 5 star review, however, when I arrived, the lady behind the front desk made me wait a few minutes while she was chatting on a personal phone call. It was rude. Also, because I had to wait, the person who came in behind me also had to wait.

The rooms were very clean. I liked the nightlight in the bathroom so I didnt have to turn on a light and wake up my family. Breakfast was great.

Their team was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations. The property was clean. 10/10 would stay again.

Always clean and well kept. Breakfast is well appointed and stocked. Convenient area for dining options and for any attractions West of the cities

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and they had a different room clean, so instead of making us wait, they moved us to that room to accommodate us. They didn’t have to do that, but it was absolutely so kind of them to do so. We also had a gathering in the lobby at the Vikings game, and they didn’t bat an eye. Wonderful staff!!!!! Will be back!

Exceptional

Our room was not ready when we arrived early, so we were upgraded to a suite. We had an event that night, so it was especially nice to have our room early. The suite was great. We greatly appreciated the cosideration.

there was no person at the front desk to talk to when it was time to check out in the morning

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great

Very good

Superb

From check in to check out the staff were friendly and kind and that includes front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. The rooms were well clean and comfortable. The pool area was fabulous and the water was warm! Another great stay at a Hampton!

Isabella was amazing! Very helpful! We had requested to check in early and between Isabella and housekeeping, they made it happen. We couldn’t get the king room we had first reserved but 2 queens were available for early check in, which was fine with us. Plus, we got a room with a beautiful view! The room was clean, and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. We will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn in Eden Prairie again!
