All the staff were super friendly from the maintenance workers, to the cleaning women, breakfast attendants, they all said hello and were always smiling. They made the atmosphere so welcoming. The beds were comfortable, we got a 2 bedroom suite and it was so nice to have the extra space. Having a kitchen to cook our food in was a great perk as well.

This property was so unkept outside we didn’t even go in due to no parking, no indication of where the entrance was, felt unsafe just driving up to the property! Pool was unkept and did not appear to be working! Definitely would not recommend! Very upset I booked property and ended up paying for a different hotel!

It was a great place to stay while we were in town for multiple days. The 2 bedroom suite was awesome.

Room was clean but dated. The property needs to be better maintained. The elevator was broken my entire visit and the back door, where most of parking was available, didn’t work with room key about half the time. It would be fixed and then next day didn’t work. For the “on-site” laundry, I had to go to another building because clothes washer and the dryer were out of service…

Odor smell in the elevator and rooms. Stuck doors, drawers, TVs not working. I was just tired of telling the front desk what was not working. Maybe if they just basic of cleanliness I think it would be okay. Please fix the small things. Oh, the elevator wasn’t working.

The door knob thing was broken and the breakfast had no waffle maker which was sad but the room was spacious and the kitchen in the room was clean and better than I expected.

The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. the weight room was closed due to a leak in the roof and a ceiling tile hanging down. The swimming pool was closed due to the water heater not working, but staff said we could swim in the pool of the hotel next door. The room was clean and the kitchenette was fantastic.

Everything was awesome! Next door neighbor very loud however. Could clearly hear conversation. Other than that perfect!

Welcoming staff, clean property and great location. Satisfied my requests from original booking, first floor, near exit, etc. Breakfast was great as usual.

It was clean The room we stayed in was very loud. There was some machine going off every half hour.
