Everything was great but the pillows were super thin and not good to sleep on

The staff was very friendly, the room was extremely humid making everything feel damp, the bathtub didn’t drain, and garbage pickup was very early in the morning making it difficult to sleep. Although the check in was quick and the staff seemed friendly, we will not choose this hotel for future stays.

Spark by Hilton Eden Prairie is one of the most accommodating properties we have ever stayed! The general manager was amazing. Kind, understanding, and hospitable beyond any reasonable expectations. We were very comfortable at this property. Clean, safe, economic and well-located. All in all a 6 out of 5 stars experience!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom door would stick and was difficult to open and made a lot of noise. The continental breakfast wasn’t great. They did not have many filling options for free. They also did not check to restock items and had run out of milk by 8:30 am.

Slippery tub may not be good for people unsteady on their feet. No closet. Many shelves and hooks. Breakfast ample. Front desk staff very friendly.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good just wish there was a hot food option like waffles or something.

Our toilet clogged, staff told us that the plumber wouldn't be in until the next day and that they didn't have another room for us so we had a room with no usable toilet during our stay. Unacceptable!

Bathroom door was incredibly squeaky. My wife fixed it with some type of oil she had. The maids could have easily reported it and had maintenance fix it. Shower was good, liquid soaps & shampoo were good. Not worth the price.
