I was staying on the first floor, and the individuals in the room above me were extremely loud. The noise sounded as though they were bowling or repeatedly dropping very heavy objects, and it became disruptive enough that I contacted the front desk at approximately 10:35 PM to report the issue. The noise had become difficult to tolerate and was interfering with my ability to relax and sleep. The following morning, I experienced a separate and more serious safety concern. While I was taking a shower, the glass shower door would not slide open properly. The door opened only slightly, but not enough for me to safely exit. I attempted to open it for approximately five minutes before it finally budged enough for me to get out. During this time, I began to panic because I was effectively unable to exit the shower. I reported the shower-door issue to the front desk when I checked out. I am concerned that a shower door that cannot be opened from inside the shower presents a significant safety hazard, particularly if someone were to become injured, ill, or otherwise unable to force the door open. I am bringing these concerns to your attention because the excessive noise was disruptive, but the malfunctioning shower door raised a much more serious safety concern. I would appreciate confirmation that the shower door will be inspected and repaired before the room is occupied by another guest.

Clean and comfortanle

I appreciate how affordable this hotel is. It’s a great option when I have a quick one night stay in the Twin Cities. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were friendly. I appreciated that I got a couple free bottles of water at check in. Additionally it’s so nice that breakfast on the weekends lasts until 10 am. So nice for someone like me who likes to sleep in. I’ve stayed here several times previously and I’ll continue to stay in the future. Unfortunately there’s no “hot breakfast items” such as bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, waffles, pancakes, etc.

Zero complains. Great place when you want a nice, clean place to stay but you don’t need it to be over the top fancy.

This hotel is great for the price, downfall during my last stay the hot tub was out of order. Bed is very comfy, shower is great water pressure and temp gets hot. I would prefer more better blankets on the bed, but still would rate this hotel for the price and amenities as 5/5!

Also charged me for the room and refuse to refund me.

Great hotel in a convenient location! The mall is right across the street, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy highway access makes getting around a breeze. Clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay! Hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The manager is amazing!!!

It's new and clean but furnishings are basic and breakfast is even cheaper than most low-end chains. Not even one hot item, no decaf coffee and no microwave. Why offer package oatmeal and Swiss Miss if there's no microwave to heat it up once mixed? There is a microwave in the lobby that's 1/2 flight up the stairs. Not convenient.

Hotel is fully redone and in like new condition. We had a wonderful stay all around.

The hotel itself was not bad. When we walked into our room for the evening #216, it smelt bad of cigarette smoke! I did let the front desk person know but they were booked solid so we could not get moved.

We've stayed here several times when it was Best Western. While the hotel has been updated nicely, they have unfortunately taken away some of the amenities. There is no longer a microwave in the room or in the breakfast area. There is only a shared microwave in the lobby. Also, there are no longer any dressers in the room which makes longer stays a bit inconvenient.

Mildew in restrooms very dismissive staff and you have to go downstairs for everything ughhhh
