Tony was super hostess, we had a great time close to downtown

Breakfast and coffee were perfect. Staff, Toni was always superb. Our air conditioner didn't work. We sleep with the windows up, which was just fine.

Tony at the desk was wonderful and so was the breakfast. All the amenities on the room were great and loved the big, redone bathroom. Only issue was not expecting room to be so tiny but we made it work. All in all very happy.

All amenities were great. The bed was too soft.

Given the price, very modest. Nothing hot or special, but not bad, just meh At the price point, a hot breakfast would have been more consistent. The staff was great...warm, attentive, but the price of over $400 for what we got was not worth it

Our room was at the front of the property. We were right on the street and heard all the street noise all hours of the day and night. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was great. Easy walk into town

Great location, but it was at a busy intersection and the car noise was loud at night until about 1am. Great staff - so welcoming. Nice rooms, some deferred maintenance needed.

However, room was also very small and quite expensive. 3 night minimum was more than we wanted to stay, making the nightly cost for the days we wanted to be there very expensive.

We had a fantastic stay at The Richard in Edgartown! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk was friendly, welcoming and top-notch. A special thank you to Shannon for making us feel so welcome. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and such a great way to start the day. And the afternoon chocolate chip cookies were incredible! Beautiful property, amazing staff and a perfect location. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great location, wonderful staff. The room we stayed in was poorly designed. No access to wall charging for phones except for behind 50lbs bedside tables that we had to crawl under and behind to plug in. No insulation between the walls or floors so we were constantly disturbed and woken up by guests next to and above us, including heavy-footed guests who were able to shake of the urchin-like light fixture above our bed at unreasonable late and early hours. We honestly through it was going to dislodge and impale us and shared video evidence with staff. Additionally the windows and shades in the bathroom offered no privacy from the guest patio below, who could see me clear as day during private moments, especially at night with the lights on as I could see through the shades in the reverse just as well. The mini fridge was in the closet and offered limited space for long hanging items to not touch cold coils.

Great location. Clean, well maintained property. Nice staff. Our Queen bed room was comfortable but def cozy. We had a great stay.
