I highly recommend the Sydney to Martha's Vineyard visitors.
-
I loved the beautiful suite, the chocolate chip cookies, the fire pit, and the nice breakfast.
-
Great location and very clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future

The inn and my room were lovely and a great way to pamper yourself. Staff was incredibly accommodating and the croissants, coffee and warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were top notch. The temp in my room was tricky to control and an extra blanket would have been nice but otherwise everything was perfect.

The Sydney is perfectly located in downtown Edgartown, but on a side street so it’s not noisy. The hotel is well decorated. The outside spaces are great. The breakfast is delicious. But the best part are the just-baked chocolate chip cookies that are put out at 3 pm!

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy!

The location was great Our room opened right onto the courtyard. There was zero privacy. I just spent 4 nights in Martha’s Vineyard with the curtains drawn the entire time and it cost over 4300 for those 4 nights. It was close to one of the worst experiences I have ever had and the worst value. Do not stay here. I don’t know how it got the reviews it did. It ruined my vacation.

Great boutique hotel right near everything
-
Beautiful property. Helpful staff and great amenities like afternoon chocolate chip cookies, 24/7 coffee and a wonderful continental breakfast.
-
The breakfast is billed as “continental,” but it includes hard-boiled eggs, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes and two kinds of cheese, as well as fruit, croissants and muffins. If, like me, you have to stay on business, fresh coffee is available around the clock. If, like me, you haven’t been to Martha’s Vineyard since the 1980s, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and how long it will take to get there.

Great place to stay and staff are friendly and helpful. Had an issue with A/C in the room but staff did try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend
-
Breakfast was very good, staff was exceptionally helpful.. A/C was only but ok.. room had no view
-
Breakfast was a little lackluster but won't complain as it was included in the room rate.

The Sydney was a very quaint and nice B&B, convenient to everything in Edgartown, walk to restaurants, stores, etc. The staff, in particular Angela and Alex were friendly and so helpful to us learning about the island, places to see, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well and the afternoon chocolate chip cookies. :) I would definitely recommend the Sydney as a place to stay on Martha's Vineyard, especially if looking in Edgartown. Lovely inn, and lovely island to visit and explore.

Convenient to all things! Wasn’t anything to dislike.
