2nd day in hotel did not clean hotel right no trash bags where in the bins and 3rd no beds were made, trash still in room with no clean towels brought to the room was disgusting, unsure if i would want to come back

No free breakfast, which I’m used to having at other properties.

We had booked in advanced and requested our 3 rooms next to each or adjacent. That didn’t happen. We had to change 1 of the rooms 3 times; twice because it wasn’t ready and once because of this incredibly loud buzzing noise. This noise was heard in all rooms but wasn’t as loud in the other 2 rooms. We had stayed here in 2025 and it was great and reason why he rebooked this past Sunday-Tues. 3 families on a mini vacation and we weren’t even together. 1 room ended up on a different floor. From the room issues, the horrible buzzing noise, dingy looking spaces, we were disappointed

Check in was great. The employee was friendly and we really liked her. The building was beautiful and clean. Our room was so very quiet and we could hear no outside noise. Two complaints- our top bed covering was badly stained. And the toilet lid in our room was disgustingly stained yellow from something. It was late when we checked in and we were tired from traveling so we just cleaned on our own best we could. All in all, the hotel was good. But cleanliness in the room not so much.

Bathroom did not vent and shower water spills on floor because it doesn't completely block the water. The room smelled moldy/musty because of this.

It was fine. The location was the only reason we chose the hotel. It was clean and the room was large but staff was aloof and the restaurant was poorly managed.

Also, we have never stayed anywhere that didn’t have some kind of complementary breakfast. I am not paying $14.00 for waffles.

Service at check in has significantly slipped from dress code , organization, and even offering a cookie. Room was not well cleaned specifically the bathroom. Broken items- body wash container, toilet handle, Rugs in the hallways not vacuumed. No tap beer in the bar. Main TV in bar not working correctly not watchable. No one available at checkout. Overall noticed the decline in the service and property condition.

Decent value for money. Would have been nice to have small breakfast added in but would stay again.

Property is outdated, bathroom was very small

This DoubleTree location was recently renovated, and the space is warm and inviting, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional, and generous with their time when I needed help. I was there for a conference, and the space was incredible. I wish I could have stayed for two nights... the room was so comfortable!

Location. The house was exceedingly loud at 8 AM. We had placed the "Do Not Disturb" tag to indicate a late wake-up for the housekeeping staff, yet they completely ignored it and persisted in knocking on the door.

No glass in the room to use (brushing teeth, etc.)

It’s very clean and fresh baked cookies served at fresh desk very tasty cookies
