Very good

Location, staff being so helpful. Good size room, plenty of drawers., nice amenities, & clean. Love the outside sitting area with gas fire. The bed was too high and “lumpy-soft”. It would have been nice if the refrigerator had a little freezer in it.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. It was quiet at night. I liked everything.

Very surprised by the room. Didn't expect a living room with kitchenette. Plenty of coffee with mini coffee maker. Two TV's and a very comfortable king sized bed with good pillows. Husband used the shower and said it was very good. It was very musty cabin smelling but we adopted to the smell very quickly. The A/C was rather loud and rattled when it ran. It did cool well.

Location and service as needed. The bed and the couch, both need an upgrade, they are too soft The couch is really bad! like sitting on the floor, way to soft The handicap shower needs a 2nd grab bar to make sure you can stay upright

The property was quiet, secure and had a great location. It was updated and felt comfortable. A spa or a pool for the price would be nice. Some type of food or breakfast. The refrigerator was not on upon arrival so it was not ready for food. It also did not get very cold.

Sheets and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The rooms smelled very musty and the floor seemed wet.

Location, parking & the large flat screen tv. Our room smelled damp & musty. There was an Arm & Hammer deodorizer sitting on the air conditioner which didn't seem to help. The sofa was dirty. Not a very favorable impression upon walking into the room.

Clean, easy check in. Good location, nice fire pit. Blankets were a bit old and thin.

This motel is in a location that is very walkable for Egg Harbor destinations. The front desk help was AMAZING! I was hoping for a sidewalk all the way to the Trolley site, but that's not on the motel. If you're planning to walk to the Trolley site, you should probably drive....

The mote is an older motel, but the room has been updated. The King size bed was much appreciated. I stayed here a couple of years ago. Same room actually. The room was updated back then (still is) and the condition of the hotel also has been maintained well. With that said... My door was open and ajar when I arrived. I did not like that and felt a bit uneasy entering the room. There is no additional lock or safety latch on the door other than a regular lock as part of the door handle. Additional security/safety locks are needed. The door takes a key vs a card, and that too is concerning. Especially when that "keyed" lock is the only way to secure the door. Final thing I did not like is a very overpowering chemical/clean smell. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room (and yes, it was very clean), but there has to be something less harsh and chemical smelling.

The room was very nice and spacious, my mom is in a wheelchair and she could move around, I liked the woodwork It was great!

Didn’t provide any breakfast. Didn’t have a room on the first floor. The stairs were difficult for me.
