I put the towels out in the basket as told by the check in person. They didn’t replace them with new ones. We left the next day without showering. I we very upset as I tried to let them know at the office and no one was there. Also the smoke alarm went off twice! Because of the shower steam. I had the fan on the whole time.

The location was convenient to many things. It was nice having a place for breakfast next door. The bed was comfortable. New towels were furnished when asked. It could have been cleaner. The floor in front of the sliding glass door had a lot of leaves from the deck outside. The deck had not been cleaned and the chairs on the deck were very dirty as was the table. The shower was very small and no tub. The advertisement said laundry facilities were available to guests and were in each room. There were no laundry facilities for guests. Staff wasn't there when we checked out on Sunday at 9:00 am. Coffee maker was very small and the coffee was not good.

Room was clean and within walking distance to downtown. Staff were very nice! We had a beautiful view! A little dated, but very clean!

Our king size bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a diesel engine in our room. The carpeting was filthy. Our son had dirty knees, feet, and hands from crawling on it. Except for the TV, the appliances in the room dated back to the late 80's or early 90's. The office opens late in the morning and closes early in the evening, so there's nobody there to help you with anything urgent. There's no room service. If you want clean towels, you have to collect them yourself, put them in a basket, leave the basket outside your front door, and hope they bring you new towels before the next day.
