DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! IT IS VERY AWFUL

Staff, staff, Staff......!!!

It took 15 minutes of standing in lobby before we were checked in.Elevator smelled like urine.People were smoking weed in pool area.Shrubbery around buildings overgrown.Smelly water leak in back parking lot with no lighting.Security gate lock broken.Killed 5 spiders inside room.Went and bought Raid.One of the lamps didn't work.Hair in the shower.A crushed M@M on carpet.Bathroom floor was so dirty when I got out of shower literally left a dirty footprint.No countertops in bathroom for toiletries.TV went in and out not getting WiFi.I should have read the reviews.I just saw 7.8 rating.Must be from family and friends.And Ive never written a bad review.But this place was bad.Forgot to mention the sheets that had my arms itching.Place definitely doesn't match Hotel.Com pictures

The TV wasn’t working and the shower water pressure was very low during my stay. Overall, not a comfortable experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean .

If you are thinking in staying in this property PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE this is the Modesto hotel, we got there and the bed’s, the sheets had blood! The bathroom was plugged! We asked to be moved from the first floor to another floor to a different room and were denied until the next day, the rooms we were moved to the AC didn’t work it was on the lowest temperature, I had to turn it on and off like 3 or 4 times in the night!!! And on the last night the temperature went up, supper hot! We couldn’t make it to be cold! NEBER EVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE! And we paid like for 13 rooms, because all of air families came from Modesto for the Feria de Nayarit

You guys need another table and some more lounge chairs in the swimming pool area. AC was really cool and really nice. We slept really well thank you.

This is by far the most filthy hotel we have ever stayed. They do NOT clean these rooms at all. The shower wall had lots of shaved “facial” hair on wall next to towel rack… how can cleaning crew not see that?!? Beds are horrible to sleep on. Overall its a place to stay away from specially with family. Spend the money and go with higher rating hotels even if you have to drive farther.

BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! We ran. Not walked. Towels were left toothpaste on the sink. Bugs are more present than the staff. The staff was not shocked when we told them we were checking out due to bugs.

Everything was good the only thing that was missing was the breakfast

The location was what I needed, but unfortunately not very clean, I was informed that the room is only clean every 3rd day upon request & it takes forever to get hot water to shower..

Not what I expected, both lamps on the nightstand weren’t working, beds are uncomfortable, there was no complementary water bottles. Will not use them again.

Several things within the room did not work

Is this by far the nicest hotel we stayed at along our trip

Went with my husband and kids and everything was good. I would stay there again.

It was a clean room but I stayed 2 nights and the did not send one to clean or do the beds
