Overall good experience. Initially was given wrong room but later they switched. The only problem is old building I guess, could hear the water sound from other rooms and people noise from hallway easily. One room had too loud AC and other had exhaust in restroom was broken

Check in was a 3+ hour wait, because their system was down. No offer of beverages, comp parking or snacks.. they did give one complimentary breakfast. Elevators were none working in some areas. We also did not get the room (King Bed) we had selected for our stay.. no more Hilton properties!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were very clean as well as the hotel. The only thing that I would recommend is cleaning the pool more often but other than that I was very pleased overall

Very bad no hot water, ants crawlimg on you in bed. And unattended roaches in the hallway, also we arrived at 3pm when check in was suppose to be and had us waiting for about 45 min for our room to be ready

Upon arrival, the facility was pretty clean. The issue at hand, they weren't able to accommodate my well in advanced reservations. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children, requesting 2 queen-sized beds. They took it upon themselves to "upgrade" my room for 1 king and a let-out couch. It was myself, my niece, my friend and her daughter. After I explained that to Jacalyn, who was very helpful, apologized for the inconvenience and offered a complimentary room. At the time, we still weren't able to check in so we went about our day. We checked in at 9 that night and was told that the price I was offered was no longer the price because I was getting 2 rooms for the price of 1. My price booking was $207, she was trying to charge me $543. After going back and forth with the Rubi for almost 15 minutes, Chris stepped in and resolved the issue with just a few clicks. Overall, the rooms were clean and Jacalyn and Chris were helpful.

The only area that could be improved was the housekeeping process. Daily room service was provided only upon guest request rather than by default, which was a bit unusual. As a result, I had to request room cleaning each day during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning could have performed better. Despite setting the temperature to 68°F, the room did not cool adequately and remained warmer than expected. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, while hoping these areas can be enhanced for future guests.

In short, the pull out sleeper sofa had garbage. The shower head dripped all night. Some improvements definitely need to be addressed.

Great stay over all

Love to stay at DoubleTree when we can afford it. Comfortable beds and wonderful pillows (husband is buying one) front desk was so helpful fast check in. It’s always a pleasure to stay at DoubleTree.

Location was perfect to where we wanted to go. Excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. Costco gas was just down the street. Only downside was parking was not free.

A lot of walking to your room

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. We requested room cleaning twice, and each time we were told that someone would come, but no one ever did. The bathroom did not feel clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the elevator seems to need maintenance, as it did not work smoothly. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.
