Motel 6 Rosemead, CA - Los Angeles

I asked for a refund for the last night I was there and now the property is claiming I had a pet during my stay and the claimed “pet” made a mess. The staff wasn’t the most helpful, wouldn’t recommend this motel for the price.

The location The manager, when I did the booking on the app it’s says include earlier check in when I when to the hotel they want to charge me another $20 dollars the manager prefer to chancel my reservation instead helping me out

But the staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. My only issue with the bathroom was that water gets all over the floor. Beds were very comfy. Nice Mountain View from the room. My friend and I enjoyed it.

Terrible customer service. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. They acted like they didn’t want to help and treated me with disrespect. I also felt that I was being discriminated against. While assisting me, the staff member was talking on the phone and handed me a key without properly explaining or checking it. The key did not work, and I was unable to open the door. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The staff seriously needs better customer service training and should treat every guest with respect.

With AC . But ac was not working properly. Most rooms dont fully work. But we understand the staff cant so much , it’s up to property owners to upgrade or fix this MAJOR issue .

We where in a room an the AC would barely cool we woke up sweaty how hot it was

The tv remote did not work. The floor were dirty and not swept . The check in line was ridiculous. There was about 10 people waiting in line to check in and only one person was at the checking counter for the customers, which the lady was not friendly at all.

Convenient location That there was 2 roaches found and nothing was done about it or no one cared! It was disgusting

Rooms are pretty basic, but clean, and I was only there to sleep so extra amenities weren’t really needed.
