Rosemead Motel

The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helped us out a lot ! We had a not so great experience with a lady working at the desk not being very helpful. The only big thing i feel like people should know is it’s only one car per room, which wasn't in the reservation details on any site i checked on. When we let the lady at the front desk know about this, she said “it doesn’t matter,” and gave us no other solutions. We felt like they definitely should’ve let us know before we booked as we were then forced to park one car in a random parking lot. If they could put that on the website before booking that would be super helpful! There is also a no visitors policy, which we weren’t aware of until check in so just something else to consider before booking! It’s fairly clean, though there was food from a previous guest left in the fridge and holes in the sheets. Overall as mentioned the man who checked us in helped out a lot, got us soap when we had none in the room, and more towels/toilet paper. He was very kind and helpful!

The air conditioning would run for a while and then shut off after a while. The ventilation in the bathroom was not good and the

good staff but the floor super dirty my feet were all dirty

Best motel I have ever stayed in. Clean, newly remodeled rooms, memory foam mattresses available on request, helpful staff, quiet + safe neighborhood away from the craziness of LA, but still a short drive away from everything. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our day. The staff was helpful and pleasant and we’re very caring to our needs the room was very clean and the parking lot was very spacious. We look forward to another stay here.

The room was clean and up to date. We experienced a quick efficient check in and check out.

We had a choice of firm or soft beds. It did have a fridge and microwave. Parking was great. Noise level was low, had no problems getting a good night rest the two nights we stayed.

Clean room, nice staff, air con a little noisy. Parking no problem. Overall good for one or two days trip.

The pictures show modern rooms which caught my attention. They renovated not long ago but there were areas that can be improved. The faucet was loose, refrigerator door was hard to open, and bed frame was squeaky. Besides these, I would say their service was great. They asked if we prefer upstairs or downstairs and if we prefer hard bed or soft bed. Note that it's located on a main street so it will be loud. Always the wall is not soundproof. We were able to hear people talking outside.
