The place was okay, but there were different issues that came up. It took awhile for someone to check me in at 7:30p, the tv remote wasn’t programmed to the tv in the room, so I didn’t know why it wouldn’t work. The shower didn’t have any cold water working. The condition of the room was okay but had different indicators of not being maintained (broken outlet and switch plates

No staff 12am-8am sign on night window. A guy came out irritated and half asleep to help and rushed me away. The room was trashy but hottub was the best! Hottub makes it worth the stay. I would just come back for the hottub.

Overall the room was clean, decor is more on the tacky side could use a good update but honestly everything from the bed, bathroom, shower, and Jacuzzi were all clean. Checked in around 10 and the gentleman at the counter waived my security deposit which was extremely thoughtful. Parking is a little on the smaller side but manageable. There is a circle K literally next door to it so snacks and drinks are accessible. Easy access to freeways and not far from all major entertainment. I have this place saved for my next visit to California

The jacuzzi room was ok. It was clean and worked really well. The TV in the first room wasn't working but they moved us right away to another room no problems.

Apart from the fridge not working, ants appearing in our bathroom, a couple of roaches, and too small of a bathrooms space. It wasn’t all that bad. You get what you pay for. But they absolutely need to do something about the amenities in the room. And somehow get their pest problem under control.

An unauthorized user used my card to purchase a booking, the hotel was very unhelpful on getting me a refund back.

Rowdy neighbors arguing in the wsrly morning hours 1am and 3am my kids and i couldnr rest. They have people living there so it was a little crazy they think they can do whatever they please.

The bathroom was disgusting, I put a small towel in the tub before showering and immediately it turned black. There were cockroaches in the room, no fitted sheet on the bed. Safety terrible, the bottom part of the bed was sticking out and it didn’t give enough room between the bed and the desk. Wi-Fi terrible connection was horrible; it is free!
