Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is okay. Plenty of on site parking space, plenty of electric car charging stations.

The bathroom was especially problematic. Every time we used the sink, even just to wash our hands or brush our teeth, water spilled over the vanity and onto the floor. The toilet also kept clogging and did not flush properly. There was also a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room. We had to keep the air conditioner/fan running just to make the room comfortable enough to stay in. The bed and mattress were another major issue. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and moved so much whenever one person got up that it would wake the other person. Neither of us slept well during our stay. The included breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. The food was repetitive and often seemed old and reheated. Even the hard-boiled eggs were extremely hard and unpleasant to eat. We eventually preferred not to eat breakfast at the hotel, even though it was included with our stay. The room itself was cleaned well, and the staff were pleasant, but the bathroom problems, unpleasant smell, uncomfortable mattress, and poor-quality breakfast made our stay much less enjoyable than expected.

the location was decent. Had a pleasant stay. one of the front desk gentleman wasn't that friendly. I forgot my key in my room and when i asked if i could have a spare one, he rolled his eyes in front of me.

Excellent Rosemead location. Breakfast is superb, I love their waffles! Variety of hot food, teas, juices, milk, yogurt, coffee. Area is inviting.
