Great for a family of 5, breakfast was good and variety of options. Great location off the freeway and safe neighborhood

The biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, we expected a higher standard. Breakfast was very basic, with disposable plastic cups, plates, and utensils instead of reusable tableware. The food quality also left room for improvement. The boiled eggs didn't seem fresh and had an unusual taste and smell. We were also surprised by the heavy reliance on single-use plastics, with little apparent effort toward recycling or sustainability. This doesn't align with the image of a boutique-style property. That said, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. Since there are limited hotel options in the Rosemead area, it remains a reasonable choice, but we hope the breakfast quality and environmental practices will improve to better reflect the price and branding. This isn't sold as the cheap motels style but amenities seems to be like it.

I just I really liked staying here, the beds were so comfortable and the staff is extremely nice. I loved their continental breakfast.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast,parking, decor friendly staff Close to shopping target, cold stone ice cream, other eateries freeway Close. To ok firm bed air conditioner cycling too often shampoo and soap dispenser not putting enough supply.

At 4:44 PM on the same day, I called the hotel to ask if they had found my AirPods pro. I even told the staff the exact location where I had left them in the room, but I was informed that no earphones had been found. I find this response very disappointing. Given that I provided the precise location of the item, it is difficult to understand how it could simply disappear. It is extremely frustrating to think that someone may have acted dishonestly. I sincerely hope the hotel will conduct a thorough investigation and take this matter seriously. Won't be there anymore！So upset.
