I do not know how they got a "A" rating for the kitchen when there are cockroaches in the building.

Please save your money and stay somewhere else. The place is dirty! Literally checked in and two hours later booked another hotel because I was not comfortable with the filth.

- Good location (safety, access to restaurants & freeways etc.,) - Good breakfast included - Free parking I see the following Cons - Faded and dirty carpets in general areas - Shower head did not work in my room. Despite me showing this to the management, it was not fixed I think this hotel is now primarily used for visiting tour groups from China. Management seems to be primarily focused on catering to the daily rotating guests and not much on maintaining it for domestic travelers.

Staff and location are nice. Some rooms need a refresh but a good room is good. I think they should get rid of the free breakfast because it’s just not good and I honestly feel bad for the working men who eat it. I don’t think they will ever upgrade the breakfast so just provide a good hot coffee in the morning and maybe have a big box of donuts or bagels from time to time.

In mind hotel is a little on the older side . But overall a good stay

Ice machine was broken and thermostat led was partially unlit so it was hard to see/set temps. Rooms are large but noisy street was right outside my window.
-
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. We had a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast had limited options and could be improved. Other than that, everything met our expectations.
-
The breakfast was ran by a lasy who was slightly rude and very strict on what we can get and how long we can use the microwave. It was a bit much.

Front desk staff are kind and professional.. First room on the first floor was very nice smelled great, except the scent of pot in the hallways... I had to change my room because it was a fully accessible so the bathroom shower was too. Front desk was able to get me into another room on the 3rd floor 1 king bed, small living area very nice but smelled funky, humid and moldy. I refreshed it with lysol... But the bed was horrible, itchy and painful, when I told the morning desk person he dismissed my comment by telling me "it a brand new bed" I told him tell your owner to get a refund, it's lumpy has a dip in the middle... I woke up with a pain on my side thigh that's sore too the touch. We'll see if I get a bruise. They offer breakfast last time I was here, it was good... Today's breakfast not good at all...barely cooked bacon, eggs were more like pancakes very chewy too.. I opted to just have coffee and a protein shake... I may not be back again... May be worth paying a bit more for actual quality.. I'll be checking out the holiday inn a block away instead next time... Totaly not worth it $400.00 for 2 nights ??♀️ PA. No staff to help with luggage or cart... Good luck. Read above I'm not repeating myself here.

Breakfast was decent. The only thing that was uncomfortable. The lady stood there like she was watching us making sure we don’t eat too much.
-
Con: Breakfast is low quality, rooms are hit and miss (broken locks and maids leave your window open), questionable guests, dirty common areas.
-
It was cozy and just what I was looking for one night
