Very nice hotel. Felt comfortable.

Rather convenient location with plenty of free parking. No daily room service, but it was okay with us. The trash did pile up though.

Reception staff were great when we checked in. Not much to do at the hotel. No bar just a Chinese restaurant where you go for breakfast. Breakfast was ok nothing special hot buffet comprising of sausage bacon egg hash browns. Room was huge and the bed was really comfortable

If you were looking for a made to order breakfast, you should look elsewhere. Although they advertise a made to order style experience, what you will get is plain white bread, a fried egg and maybe a meat. When I asked if they could toast the bread, the answer was no. When asked to have a scrambled egg, the answer was no. For a full server restaurant, this is very disappointing. In addition, there was no body wash in the entire hotel when I stayed. How does hotel not have body soap!

Not enough hot water, and the bathroom door was locked was broken

Restroom - So hard to shower. Since is covered in glass. I got to get inside to open the water. It comes so cold at first that I can’t do nothing about it. I can’t open water outside of shower area. By touching it with my hand only to test when it’s cold, or hot. I got to test it with me being inside. Causing a frustrating experience. And me dealing with super cold water before I tether it to warm or mixed. It was every time I got to feel the very cold water cause I couldn’t test it with my hands as I got to get inside to open it. Only the shower was the bad experience.

The only minor issue was that the ice machine on the second floor wasn't working, but they had a notice posted letting guests know. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great job, Holiday Inn! I highly recommend staying here.

Considering the price for the area, this is a good value with ample parking and 24 security on site. Lobby is gigantic and over the top for a holiday inn, but that’s besides the point. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bad: We noticed a large amount of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Room also smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Common areas, hallways and elevators were not air conditioned and extremely humid. Although the AC in our room worked fine. Hallways were noisy as well as plenty of outside road noise at night well past midnight.

Everything was amazing except the breakfast they only offered eggs bread bacon and sausage. But other than that it’s an amazing clean property.
