Extremely comfortable stay. Laundry facilities and the gym were great things to have and housekeeping services were great. The breakfast menu is the same on all days. Got tired of scrambled eggs, bread and juice. The location is a bit far away from most of the places worth visiting but that's LA.

Great spot. About $50 Uber to Universal Studios from here. Staff was excellent. Pool was too cold to try for me, but the hot tub was nice and in working condition our entire stay. Laundry on site. I would stay here again. The toilet paper sucks. That was honestly the worst thing.

What I liked best about the hotel was how comfortable and welcoming the overall atmosphere felt. Some areas of the hotel could use minor updates or better maintenance. However, overall, the stay was still comfortable and pleasant. There is no ice machine on the ground floor.

All most everything I occupied room 441, at 2:30 am in the next room I could hear very noisy people.I tried to call the lobby without success, I had to go down to the lobby but no one was at the counter I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to arrive, it was a bad night and I just wanted to rest.

The lobby was nice. The rooms are ugly and smell old and nasty. They need to upgrade the carpets. The restrooms are not cleaned either.

Big room , comfortable mattress The bed is so high . We have a hard time getting up the bed . No hot water in the morning , waiting for a long time for breakfast & cockroach inside room .

Did not have rooms and i will never use booking . Com they are crooks and were supposed to reimburse ne and haven’t I got robbed from the holiday inn and booking . Com
