Every one is friendly even other people who are staying at the hotel.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Bed sheets and pillow covers were clean. Plenty of towels and cups. The refrigerator was clean, defrosted and worked excellent. A coffee maker came with the room, along with coffee, cream, sugar and a mixing stick. Also, the television received all the basic channels. Didn't have to worry about running across pornography channels. No food available for breakfast. Coffee was not replaced after we made coffee that morning. The cleaning lady did not clean the coffee maker. We supplied our own coffee grounds and coffee filter for the following morning. Only one chair came with the room.

Tv channels mostly Asian and Hispanic if you understand it then ok and must be satellite signal the screen glitch a lot. Are room had stale smoke smell to it ok if you don't mind it or bring a air freshener spay of some sort. Was a fair price you get what you pay for. Beds were not bad better than others for me. Parking was good and quiet.

Cleanliness of the room. There was a coffeemaker with coffees. Poor communication with staff on the phone about modification of my reservation before I arrived. It was very hard to understand. They should improve their communication skills, speak clearly and not too fast.
