I recently lost my home in a fire—an unexpected and devastating event completely beyond my control. During one of the most difficult times of my life, I reached out hoping the hotel would make an exception or offer some flexibility. Unfortunately, the manager showed no empathy and insisted on charging me the full amount. Customer service is about more than enforcing policies—it’s about treating people with kindness when they are going through unimaginable hardship. I left this experience feeling disappointed and unsupported. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be booking another stay at this Sheraton property, and I cannot recommend it to others. I hope the hotel reconsiders how it handles guests facing genuine emergencies in the future.

We booked this stay as we were in town for work, and it was super convenient. Close to shopping, food, freeway, and super friendly and helpful staff. our room was amazingly clean and the bed was so comfortable. We have another work trip planned in December and have already rebooked to stay. Thanks for making us feel at home!
