Checking in and out; staffing is very helpful; location is very convenient The TV wasn’t working when first checking in, need to call the front desk to fix it. It was the World Cup 2026 weeks.

The air conditioning was great the weather was very hot during my stay. I also really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It was very nice and I loved that the pool was indoor.

Location Front desk staff was very helpful 1. Dripping from the trees in parking lot. 2. TV did not work in the first room 3. second room found used contact lens on the night stand; lots of cracked tile in bathroom, tub is stuck. Conclusion, lots of wear and tear, not clean.

we cracked the window the whole time there They did come daily and cleaned and gave us fresh linen towels robs The breakfast was tasty but not the coffee too strong Could update the breakfast a little more put more selections instead of same items basically daily And reservations when I booked the hotel should of told me they r charging a deposit! Luckily! I had a credit card r we would of been screwed 1400 miles away from home We Would try them again very pretty hotel for sure .

We stayed here for three nights and everything was good. Convenient location，friendly staff，and luggages storage is a plus. The only issue was the room was not ready when arrival.
