Good

很好

I like the room, everything worked. The coffee was great, the employees were pleasant. The staff was great and The staff member: Rick, he was exceptional. Very down to earth, had a great sense of humor, he treated me with respect and he was very helpful. My overall stay was blessed and beautiful. I also enjoyed that I was able to get my rest, and had lots of peace and quiet. Even the guest that I did meet, they were pleasant and respectful. I sincerely recommend this hotel and the price was very good, worth it and you shouldn't be disappointed, but just in case for any reason you are, just let Rick know and he will handle it. Much blessings to all the staff. No comment here..

It was dirty

Everything minus the parking and the amenities The parking you have to make a u-turn on the street you can't make a u-turn to access the entrance and you come out going in a one-way direction it's hectic and it's a pain in the butt if you want to try to go out in the vehicle also there's no microwaves in the room I don't know if all the rooms are the same but I know mine did not have one and I needed it hence the reasons I had to go back and forth to 7-Eleven which is conveniently right next to it

Everything the room was big gorgeous easy elevator access Would have given you a 10 out of 10 but due to the fact that you guys only accept credit cards for key deposits and not take cash was a huge issue which customer should know if you pay online you need to have money online for the key deposit if you're going through certain companies they will not refund you because it says deposit which is refunded but it doesn't say the property is going to give it back to you then you have to wait 24 hours for you to have that the next day after you check out and the host was non-bending not willing to work with a person so you definitely get a one out of 10 on that one

I had already paid online, yet the front desk charged me an additional $50. When I checked out the next morning, the $50 still hadn't been refunded; upon inquiry, I was told it would take three days to process. It left me feeling like I’d been scammed.

很卫生

脏乱差

The guy in the front at night ohh my goodness he is so handsome You will like it

I love the staff. They are always so nice and quick with check in.

Bad

Passable

Very disappointing and concerning experience....

Location The service and conditions

Staff was very unfriendly and extreme rude, I was told they have ironing facility and at night the young Indian guy bluntly refused to provide, he doesn't even say sorry, let me try, no very rude and unfriendly staff. In the Monday Morning After I finished my Virtual Company meeting, I came for Breakfast around 9AM, it was messy, no bread, no utensils were there and half of Breakfast (Hot Spot) are all gone, I asked a different Indian Guy on Duty about, he was always not in the counter or office, he was always outside watching traffic or on phone with somebody. He said bluntly, " No it first comes first serve" Means whatever is gone never refilled, you have to get whatever is left over. There was no Knife I asked him he bring them and open the Drawer and there were some knifes there then he looked me so rudely pointing that there are knifes, I tell him they were not in the counter. I can't open the inner drawer to see what is there. Over all I said it was worst experience, place was dirty, Breakfast place was dirty, all messy and staff was rude. I can't get my clothes ironed.
