They had a water leak on floor 4 that made it stink. The room was nice but I don’t think it’s worth what the hotel charges.

The place is extremely outdated the bathrooms are clean but in desperate need of a remodel the grout is old every fix is with silicone/caulking. The fiberglass shower is yellow. The beds look decent but are super hard. I will say they have a parking structure you pay $7 a day for but comes with security so I liked that very much.

Noisy neighbors i called around 2 am to let them.k ow about the noise and they disnt do anything about it I called back again an hour later and they didn't not answer my calls I tried 4x the front desk is horrible. I complain to the front desk and he just wrote a note down I know he wont pass it down. Pay the extra 30 dollars and get something better I do not recommend at all.

This was not a pleasant experience for us. Cleanliness was not great. They did not give enough towels in the bathroom for 4 people. Room was just okay. Old and poorly maintained bathroom. Old and dirty carpet in the hallways. I wonder how they got a 'very good' rating from so many people!

I wouldn’t stay again. It was way too far from anything else in LA. I’m not too familiar with the different areas in LA, maybe this was Chinatown but it definitely seemed like it based on the staff, clientele, decor in the hotel , writing on signs, etc. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The waffles and potatoes were good butttt the eggs were runny (looked undercooked, unless you like them this way) also the sausages looked just heated through and put out (again, if that’s how you like them, then this is great for you.) it was warm/humid in the hotel lobby. I stayed because it was rated higher than 8 and within my price range- maybe I was expecting way too much.

Location was ideal for our activities. $7 parking is cheaper than any other places. Breakfast was very basic.

The carpet in our room had a big wet spot near the restroom when we checked in. I asked the front desk for a new room because it smelled, but she said she’ll send someone to have a look. The maintenance guy came to put a towel over the wet spot and called it a day. The front desk was not helpful at all. Be aware any problems you have in your room, you will be stuck.

The rooms are outdated, tv is not a smart tv. Very limited on what you can watch. The shower is very low and very hard to use. No shampoo on the dispenser. In between the rooms hallways it was hot, like they don't turn the ac on.

The room was generally clean. The staff is friendly. Nice and fresh breakfast. The hotel location is convenient. The parking is convenient too.
