I like the room and the space. I did not have any.

modern and new; large community room available with tables, sofas, TV, and microwave to relax and eat; laundry room available; conveniently located close to many Asian restaurants.

We loved the onsite lobby breakfast and the gated underground parking. Will definitely be staying here again in the future when in LA.

The restroom in the gym was filthy. Someone didn’t clean up after themselves and hotel staff did consistently check that area. The floor inside the elevator was dirty with black marks on the floor for more than 24 hours.

Only issue is that the bed mattresses needs to be upgraded to a better quality, otherwise it currently feels like it's thin and broken, and not hip to Holiday Inn standards.

Pool was refreshing and had a great dinner right next door. That’s where the positives end. Tub drain was broken, phone didn’t work, couldn’t pull out the pullout bed in the couch so my son had to sleep on the floor and then the air conditioning broke. They didn’t have any extra rooms available so none of us really slept.

Very clean room, staff was great and property well maintained. I just wished breakfast and parking was free thats the only reason im leaving 4 stars
