The housekeeping is under staff and we got one time of service for 4 nights stay; have to ask for fresh towels for couple times. The parking system has a big issue but the manager is trying to accommodate.

The staff need to be a little faster when helping with customers. Other than that the rooms were okay, but there are ant problems.

We stayed for two nights, and our room was never cleaned. No housekeeping service was provided during our stay, which was very disappointing. The room itself was fine, but the lack of basic cleaning service really affected our experience

It was clean, parking was easy, and the location was good. My room did not have any air-conditioning. I called the front desk, but no one answered. I went down to the front desk twice that evening telling him my air was not working. It was 82° in my room and difficult to sleep in that heat. I checked out the next day, told the person at the front desk. I didn’t have any air conditioning, and he didn’t care.
