Property wall had 3 open holes. Staff P was not helpful, he didn’t want to solve the problem didn’t want to change the room for us. After I disputed, he finally agreed to refund me.

Great location! Near all the convenient stores an food spots. They also have nice pool an jacuzzi.

Have stayed here multiple times while in LA and felt very safe. It’s not anything fancy rooms are updated in the last 5-10 years but an affordable place to sleep. They did have a pool but we didn’t have time to swim. Easy check in and out.

I was surprised by this hotel’s interior. It was clean and very comfortable. The outside seemed to not do it justice. Also we stayed for a week and we did not get any extra towels or tissue. Good thing I’m the type of traveler that likes to use my own toiletries.

Room was ok. Clean and remodeled. But smelled like cigarettes . The building and area was in a bad neighborhood it looked very ghetto. Definitely more of a Motel not a hotel.

staff was rude TV did not work. pool was unaccessible. staff was not helpful. Left two days early and went elsewhere

I checked in within 20 minutes and I realized the sheet has period stain on it And couple dirty marks. I talk to the front desk and he refuses to refund me. I am so frustrated. Anyway, they have lots of catch up.

The area was alright it was around a few convenient things It was dirty . Filthy . Bottom of my feet were disgusting !!! I asked the keeper if they mop she admitted they don’t that’s gross . TOWELS WAS DIRTY SHEETS WAS DIRTY SHOWER WAS DIRTY .

Front desk gentleman very rude and mean. Judgy judgy. The worst top it off there were roaches .

Invaded by homeless people, people urinating on the property. Trash build-up, people living/renting on the property. Does not look anything like shown on line. DO NOT Stay Here!!! RATS!!!!!
