The area was alright it was around a few convenient things It was dirty . Filthy . Bottom of my feet were disgusting !!! I asked the keeper if they mop she admitted they don’t that’s gross . TOWELS WAS DIRTY SHEETS WAS DIRTY SHOWER WAS DIRTY .

Front desk gentleman very rude and mean. Judgy judgy. The worst top it off there were roaches .

Invaded by homeless people, people urinating on the property. Trash build-up, people living/renting on the property. Does not look anything like shown on line. DO NOT Stay Here!!! RATS!!!!!

The front desk staff were very understanding and polite. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, fast, cleaned room very good and very polite. Pool not opened.

Needs a lot of upgrades. Poorly maintained. Hot tub dirty and full of bacteria. Elevator never works. Trash and filth through out the property everywhere. Stairwells very dirty. Ice machine broke too.

The elevators don't work, but I had a room on the ground floor. The beds were really high off the ground. I'm 5 ft 3 and the mattress level was at my waist.
