The bathroom needed repairs. The faucet was loose. Some of the interior elements are very old. I think they were left over from the 1980s and 1990s.

looks like remodeled recently. paint was not wiped clean shower was not sealed completely, wrong color caulking used.

Bed was comfortable, good sized room, So glad its a smoking room. Staff was very nice to me. That it wasnt close to any convenient stores nearby. Barely any parking. Only major complaint was the refundable deposit of $30 but the lady was kind enough to do $20 and gave it back when I checked out.

I didn't like this place at all they are rude and rooms are disgusting I didn't like that you can't ask them anything because they give you attitude and are mean. I don't recommend this place. Booking is also a let down.

No breakfast No daily cleaning or restocking of towels, no emptying of trash cans.

Very small relaxed property with not a lot of rooms but really cool peaceful nice little nook I will stay hear every time I don’t want to drive home to Ventura Ca. With the honest realistic price for comfortable accommodations and that’s very rare now. It’s a special little nook in a very blah area and staff or owner I believe was super nice fast and professional in getting me checked in and a good room. I appreciate this place I wish more motel owners were owned by people like whom ever owns this property. I say this about my nicest stays too and that’s the shower head needs the low flow water trickle head off and keep a real shower head on your showers I’m going to start bringing my own shower head and channel locks. But no one passes that my only complaint about hotels or motels that are 5 star to me. That’s what this place was 5 stars.

Nothing. Modification of terms after contract negotiation and agreement. Demanded deposit in cash despite using card to book. Who would carry cash checking into a roach nest like this? Oh that's right, people who can't use cards because they have too much unreported income or people who are too stupid to understand that cash belongs in a bank account because its safer there than under your mattress

Privacy and parking next to your room.

The price was great especially on short notice. There’s onsite parking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty big, clean, and the AC worked perfectly. It is an older building. Ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t great and the towels were a bit old. Just bring your own towels if it bothers you. I happened to have some in my trunk.

The room was on the first floor, next to the main street. The hotel had poor service awareness. They started knocking on the door at around 10:30. I got up to communicate with him and was ready to pay him. He asked for $20. I said I would pay, but he knocked on the door and disturbed my sleep. He became unhappy and asked me to leave immediately. I said I was leaving now, but he asked me to leave immediately without giving me time to get my personal belongings. I said I would get my personal belongings, but he still asked me to leave directly. I said ten times that I would leave after taking my things, but he pretended not to understand! He still hoped that I would leave without taking my things. What a rude and rude boss! It's my nightmare! Manager guy is pretty cool, no problems , quiet no crazy traffic cute little quaint rooms. It's not new deco or anything but location privacy, and online price is very affordable , I would recommend if you need a quick place to rest your head or a couple of days get away or an affordable little rendezvous.hss a cool bat setting granite counter top inside room, bath is standard nothing fancy just enough space to take care of your hygiene needs and handling your business Had good WiFi, and direct TV done premium channels, adult channels you pay for discretely with your own payment card through text, parental lock you choose your own pin pretty good for a home in the wall overnite stay. The privacy and how quiet it was and that there wasn't any crazy traffic all day and nite being where it is located,it was a pretty reasonable stay.
