avid hotel El Paso East by IHG

Superb

The staff was very nice on check-in and very supportive. Unfortunately after a 13 hr drive, we needed to rest before starting the next morning and didn't even get to the point of getting sleep. Guests across from us kept going in and out of their room for an hour and a half straight around 130 in the morning. Roughly every 5-10 min. This caused even our pet who is friendly to begin barking which she normally doesn't do. Ultimately, we decided to get back onto the road at 230 in the morning when we couldn't get any sleep due to whatever the guest across the hall kept doing going in and out of the hotel that many times.

Very clean Nothing

Everything was fine and excellent location!

Hall was very loud with doors being slammed and the AC did not keep a constant cool temperature. I slept horribly.

Very friendly staff. Coffee was great. Room was average.

Great staff

No

The people is friendly and clean place

Very clean, great location from the airport. Breakfast could be better. Parking was great.

Close off I-10 and price There was hair in the shower and the A/C unit needed some maintenance work to it. There was a rattle noise the entire time it was on. It was so loud that I couldn’t sleep(even after trying to drown it out).

it was friendly clean and easy to check in and out and the front desk clerk was very cordial and friendly,

Decent accomodation. Average comfort. Gym good. "Breakfast" was included.

Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff was great breakfast buffet plentiful. Definitely recommend.

Not a hotel or staff issue more so the people staying or visiting. But, that's another survey..
