Booked the Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso Airport through Expedia (stay dates Aug 28–30) and were given room 149 in awful condition — damaged, rusted door lock and frame, a cracked bathroom mirror, mold buildup around the window A/C unit, and a stained lampshade. When I asked the front desk to move us, they refused. I called Expedia, and after Expedia called the hotel to try to help, staff told us to leave the property entirely — claiming it was because we had a third person visiting, even though only two of us were actually staying in the room. That excuse only came up after I complained. We were kicked out instead of being given a working room. Would not recommend.

Room was never cleaned. As soon as I walked in there was roaches dead alond the door. There was a whole in the wall where you could see the framing. The front and bathroom door would not close right. There was bacon and dog food in the bathroom that was never cleaned

On a good note, the bed was comfortable, as well as the shower; and of course AC worked perfectly. Please make sure everything in the rooms are adequate, I would like to return in a future booking. Thank you.

Spend the extra 10 to 20 dollars a night, to stay elsewhere. This location is disgusting, as soon as you walk in the room, cockroaches scattered all over the room. Our first minute in the room we spent killing at least 5 cockroaches. We didn't even put our things on the bed, that's how bad it was. Just avoid the property at all costs. Especially if you book through a third party, you'll have the hardest time trying to get a refund. I had to get a hold of my bank and show them all the emails and pictures in order to get some type of help.

The pool only opened when you could find the maintenance man. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

My non-smoking room literally smelled like an ashtray. The floors were dirty honestly just couldn't get past the smell with terrible spread perfume everywhere to help but faded quickly.
