Best Western Plus El Paso Airport Hotel & Conference Center

The room looked like it hadn’t been clean for a while but over all good service, Annoying to have to get an Annoying cupón to get breakfast, never happened to me before.

There was a bullet hole in one of the windows. Was a little suspicious but comfy.

Do not stay here. The photos representing the property on Expedia do not match the condition of the property. I requested a refund through Expedia upon seeing the property and was on the phone for an hour. Still waiting for the resolution. The property was dirty, run down, and did not seem safe - especially the parking lot. Do not recommend.

The hotel was great for its purposes,. Pool great the continental breakfast by far one of the best! . The only thing that was not great was the ac. The smell of it either no service. But other than that it was OK. The pool was great

The hotel staff was awesome. Helpful, informative and very polite. We loved the pool- the waterfall was really cool and the jacuzzi was much needed after a long drive from Austin. The breakfast options were great. The staff even allowed me to still make a plate after showing up a little after 9 which I was extremely thankful for. The room was okay. The beds were small and rickety. The room was fairly clean but there were some stains on the sheets and a bit of mold in the shower. The worse part was when someone somehow mistakingly opened our locked door waking us up at around 4 am. They immediately slammed the door the shut after they realized we were in there but it was definitely uncomfortable and alarming. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night as a pit stop on our drive from Austin to San Diego.

Lobby looks great but once you start walking to the rooms, carpet is dirty and very old…Good hotel to rest 1 night and continue driving.

Honestly I thought everything was pretty good except the pool got dirty after 2 days, but that's normal. Also my mom was complaining about room service could have been better. but I I can't complain I had fun! Wish the pool is a little deeper but it's okay
