Comfort Inn & Suites El Paso I-10 Airport Area

Everything was excellent, I’m definitely coming back

I like that its close to everything

Good

It was a good stay. Aside from hearing the planes it was good. Breakfast was like any other hotel. Parking was limited due to a concert that weekend the price was above normal. I paid 600 for a week stay at Comfort inn suites and I paid 1k for the saty here and tbh the room was better at the Comfort inn.

Clean and Quiet.

Exceptional

Pleasant

There was no available drinking water when we arrived

i like that its in a very good location. very accessible There was no available drinking water when we arrived

Clean room, quiet

The breakfast was the only great thing. They had nice staff and good options for breakfast. The price was extremely high for the quality of hotel that we stayed at. The rooms were not as clean, the property was very dirty. Their elevators were messy and their guest water tasted absolutely terrible. There was no microwave in our suite and it had a loose bathroom handle. Also the coffee machine was missing parts? Not a good stay at all. It’s a very run down place not worth more the 100$ a night, it gave very much motel vibes. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Everything Nothing

Clean room and breakfast was pretty decent. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice. Sorry we missed the breakfast we had to leave early.

Love this place! Staff is awesome and hotel is very clean.

Cleaned rooms, great staff overall great.

Truly lives up to its name comfort, and was so peaceful and quiet at night. Bed was so plush and pillow selection was great. Food quality could have been a lot better (the hot food)

Above average in most ways for a comfort especially the breakfast

Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, good price. Nothing special, served the purpose.

My first major disappointment is that there was no pool on the hotel property. It was mentioned that there was a pool on the property when I booked the room on booking.com. I did experience a minor cleanliness issue where I saw a few places that were dirty in my room but it was not terrible. However, I did locate a big roach that was crawling on the bed when I was gathering my belongings to check out. This was alarming and I told the staff at the front desk that they must make sure that the maintenance crew or the exterminator sanitize all of the rooms adequately. Overall my stay was fair or average. Thank you, George English
