Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso - Sunland Park Area by IHG

There were foot prints on the head board and hand marks all over the back of the bathroom door, suspect from adult activities that were not properly cleaned up.... super gross.

Great hotel. Room and bed were comfortable and safe

Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!

The room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful , location was perfect everything was very close,restaurants, shopping, casino.

Would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean and very user friendly for things that we look for in a room. Bathroom was roomy and again, user friendly. Breakfast was really good. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Fue un viaje de un día para otro, pero estuvimos muy a gusto en el hotel muy limpio todo accesible aunque no desayunamos ahí pero todo estaba accesible, restaurantes tiendas 100% recomendable

Staff was amazing from check in all the way to breakfast staff! Rooms were clean and comfy!

Stop on our trip to Cali, hotel was clean with plenty parking in a quiet area and walking distance from fast food and gas stations. Would return again.

I stay at this Holiday Inn Express every time I'm in El Paso and it's wonderful. But the past two weeks that I was there were not as great as usual. The first week the 3rd floor ice machine didn't work the second week the 2nd floor ice machine didn't work so If you wanted ice you had to go to the 4th floor. The room I was in on the second week had mold in the shower. I'm sharing this hoping that they get these items corrected before I stay next week. it is a great hotel normally and the staff is wonderful.

The water wasn’t working in the morning. Meaning no showers, faucet or toilet. Half the reason you stay at a hotel…Asked front desk about a discount or some compensation and they said no, everyone was complaining but nothing they could do about it. Won’t stay there again and it was a regular stay on our travels.

Room was great

We are returning guests and this is one of the cleanest hotel we stayed at. The staff here are friendly and attentive. We appreciate Gwen for making our stay pleasant. She was very kind and helpful. We will be coming back. :)
