Yes, the breakfast was ok, and the AC was working good; though, there were those little inconveniences everywhere; you clean the room every other day, knowing that 65% of the time people won't stay more than 2 nights AKA you didn't clean my room, coffee is not hot at all times, the water machine at the lobby didn't work, the ice machine didn't work one night, the day we left the elevator didn't work either, and the pool, I want to address specifically the pool. The water was really cold, we told this to the person at the front desk but he assured the water heater was at more than 90 degrees, which me and the other 10 people who were actually using the pool disagreed, also the water was really bad, dirty and floor at the corners of the deepest side felt slimy and dusty, we could easily watch hair floating, next day at 8am in the morning my kids asked me to go to the pool again and it was just the same, even though nobody touched the water through the night, it was foggy and nasty. Clearly the pool has not been cleaned since a long time ago and probably you ask your employees to not turn the heater on or it was also not working like other equipment. From where I'm standing you are nothing more than a Red Roof charging double price and that was not the experience I wanted to pay.

Bathroom door didn’t close or lock (too wide for frame) inconvenient /TV didn’t have proper cable connection/ The room very clean , but hall carpet very dirty, never vacuumed during our 3day stay / coffee bar creamer pump bottles empty / very poor breakfast bar , yogurt machine empty fist two days , boiled eggs ok , but no salt and pepper at all . You need a more visible sign on entrance / no microwave in room / no ice bucket/ no coffee maker . Really miss those amenities . Loved the location!

Small flies and some trash left in first room upon entering. However we got our room changed and had no problem with the new one. Breakfast was decent.
-
Unfortunately elevator was broken and required to carry all my families luggage up 3 flights of stares.

Amenities not many just an indoor pool which was cold. Breakfast was ok nothing hot aside of coffee. Friendly staff . In need of a covered and seating in smoking area, way too hot.

Kind of old and small and cramp. There was a damp smell or moldy smell.
-
The walls must be paper thin, all night long you will hear talking, and worst of all, the doors slam when closed. Woke my toddler up several times a night.

First Spark experience and it was great! It worked great for a quick trip in and out. Was some loud people who came in sometime around midnight and wasn’t the greatest but other than that it was amazing

Room overall was clean, but it’s such a small space. No microwave or coffee pot in rooms. You have to go downstairs for that. A lot of water falls out during a shower as well. This is really a place if you need to sleep and leave right away. I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids or bigger families.

Basic room was good for my one night stay as I passed through town.
-
pool was not heated as advertised, air conditioner was not cooling too well and the bathroom had small insects in it.
