Ramada by Wyndham El Paso

The staff are sooo friendly we knew the manager Patek! And part of the staff were nice and friendly and helpful! Erica the cleaning lady, we have to tell her to clean our room several times and always was not in the schedule, we stay there almost a month and we asked to clean our room once a week because we cleaned every day and we never leave trash or something, we just want new towels and blankets once per week but this lady was soooo annoying try to speak to her, until we talk to the front desk they had to put another lady in our schedule

Room size, quiet & clean

Delicious breakfast, excellent customer service, great location.

Unfortunately, the first impression wasn’t good. The room had a bad smell, the drawers and floors were dirty, and the door latch looked like it could fall off at any time. With two little ones, safety is a priority, and this room did not feel secure.

I liked the park (green plants) between the buildings! Coffee had a perfect flavour. The bathtub was slippery and I fell backwards unto the floor. Good thing was that nothing serious had happened. God is good.

One of the faucets was missing the handle but it was still usable.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the room was clean and spacious. The rates were good as well.

Overall it was a good stay, the reason for the 3 stars is because our toilet was not working when we got there. We told the front desk and they quickly got someone to fix it. Also, the room was not the cleanest. There were things that were left behind from whoever previously stayed kn thatroom. But the front desk staff was nice when we needed anything.

I love everything about the property because every time I go to Elpaso I always stay at Ramada It’s a quiet and safe place.

Nothing Dirty. Did not ckean all the days! No heater Sheets had mucus and dirty Restroom cloggef up Had priblems opening the front door every day.

Good in general

The check in process was great. But the room was not as clean as it should have been plus the toilet water ran all night long. I even attempt to fix it around 4 am, but i wasn’t able. So, I did not sleep well. I informed the front check of the problem and a work-order was created. The hotel will be going thru a remodeling soon per the front desk person.

For the price point and the level of hotel, we had a good overall experience. Location was good and our room was clean and comfortable. TV was larger than most hotel rooms we've had stayed in recently with plenty of channels for kiddies and adults alike. Although hotel website states a continental breakfast, it was more with better selection and more hot items then standard continental breakfast we found at other hotels. Sure, there are nicer accommodations to be found in El Paso, but again for the price point, the friendly employees, the all-around appearance of the exterior and interior of this aging property, they make every effort to make your stay pleasant. I can see us staying here again when in the area.

The room was tidy and nice. The staff was very welcoming. I have nothing at this time.

The rooms were big, the floors were clean, the tv was big enough, the kitchen was usable even though I didn’t use it. First, the bathroom was very outdated. The shower did not function well, and the toilet was unusually low with visible stains, which made it feel less clean and comfortable. Second, and more concerning, was the bedding. The sheets and pillowcases had stains, and there were multiple hairs on the pillows and sheets. This raised serious concerns about whether the linens had actually been changed before my stay, which left me feeling uneasy. Cleanliness and upkeep are very important to me when traveling, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience.
