In comparison, we spent 3- nights at Homewood Suites in Ft. Worth-Dallas area. Also a 2-bedroom suite. Homewood was noticeably more modern. The main living area/kitchen/dining area was much bigger at Homewoood but the bedrooms were tight. Staybridge traded the smaller living area for bigger rooms.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Was disappointed that being we left a day early and requested a refund for the day that we didn't use. We were told we could not get a refund.

Toilet had to be flushed twice. Large old stains on carpet. Bed was comfortable though.

Our room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. the little kitchen in the room was stocked with everything we needed. everyone there was so polite and helpful. the hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was great. The pool and hottub were clean. They have a nice "social hour" and the appetizers and wine or a beer they also offer beer, hit the spot. Definitely will return.

Staff was very kind. Room was clean. Not able to sleep. Loud traffic all night long. Only two pillows on a king bed. Toilet was leaking water on the ground every time it was flushed.

Friendly and helpful staff, great facility and location, good price.

Everything was good except room maintenance. The trash wasn't picked up and no clean towel for the 2nd night.

Dirty. Old. Bad maintenance.

Location Dirty and stained walls and furniture, ripped carpet, kitchen looks questionable and dark, outdated, old dog poop piled up in the front entrance. I can’t believe the military sends troops in training here.

We checked in at 7pm; the woman at the counter was friendly and professional. It all went downhill from there. Our room was dirty; the counter was sticky, the shower had some mold in it, the couch was ripped and dirty-looking, and there were fingernail clippings on the floor. The common areas were dirty as well; it looked like it had been a very long time since the hallways were vacuumed. Breakfast wasn’t much better; everything, from the floors to the backs of the chairs, were sticky. I was going to ask the woman for spoons, since there weren’t any there, and after I said, “excuse me,” she snapped “gimme a minute,” and kept walking, with no eye contact or even a pause. We stayed here a couple of years ago, and it was not at all like this.

I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful There was many issues with the room we had. The toilet handle in one of the bathrooms was out of the socket so it caused the toilet to run. One of the comforters on the bed had redish brown stains underneath it. I had to get new room keys 3 different times because they wouldn’t work on the door. I am not sure if the door had a short in it or if it was the keys but I had to keep getting new room keys. The room wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Breakfast was good. They were a bit overwhelmed with a bunch of military, so a lot of things were gone by 9am. The location was perfect. Very close to the airport and shopping. Easy access to I-10 and the pool was fun. It could have been cleaner. The carpeting was very old. There was a funky smell in the hallways, and the hallways had no AC. I also am not pleased with Booking.com. I tried to modify the reservation on 6/2/26. I needed to switch the days. I did this through email. I received an email saying they would contact the hotel and they would have 48 hours to respond. I went on about my business until the day of check in when I looked to make sure it was changed. It was not. I immediately called customer service. They said they could not help me becuase their system was down. He said I could change the reservation on their app/website. I tried this as well and it would not let me log in and kept sending my back to the email verification page. This continued all weekened and when I called on Monday to make sure they knew we were leaving that day, I spoke to a very rude woman who gave me another number to call and was told "this is the only number where someone will help you". I waited for about 15 minutes on hold and the call was dropped. Called back and waited another 35 minutes and finally spoke to someone. She said they would be contacting the hotel and they would be requesting that I recived the full refund for the extra day. I went to the front desk at the hotel and let her know we were leaving and she said that Booking.com would call her to verify we left and then we would be refunded. Today I received and email that said they have not heard from the hotel and I will be charged in full for the reservation. I unfortunately did not have 50 minutes to sit and wait for someone to answer customer service today, so I emailed and have not heard back. I will NEVER use Booking.com ever again and will be only going through the hotel's websites in the future.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I personally thought the hotel was very dirty the hallways haven’t been vacuumed in months the floors were sticky and the room looks like it was barely cleaned I would never stay here again but that’s just my opinion

Very clean comfortable practical equipped well , received an early check in and late check out. I am an el Pasoan just got the room for a dip in the pool and jacuzzi for the 4th of July. Enjoyed !! Thank you. N/a

Very solid option only a few minutes from the airport breakfast included with pretty good options
