    We had a great day! We had been on the road traveling for 12 hours. We were grateful to fall in to comfortable beds! The room was super clean and the air were amenities in the bathroom that we appreciate it! If wherever that way again, we’ll definitely stay

    The room was clean when i checked in. After that, nobody ever came in to clean, not even to empty trash, check towels, etc. There was no shampoo. I checked in very late at night. The young lady at the desk working the night shift was very sweet. Unfortunately, after many tries she was unable to code a room key for me. Her only solution was to let me in a room and she told me she would put keys under my door as soon as she was able to get them working. I also needed to print some sensitive personal documents for a court case the next morning. The self help printer was not working. The same young lady had me email the documents to the front desk email and she printed them for me; and I was told they would be put under my room door with the keys. This never happened, leaving me feeling trapped in my room; I couldn't even leave the room to get some ice so I could take my medications. And left me wondering what was happening to my personal information. The next morning I called down the front desk and spoke to Peggy, who was very nice and told me the keys and documents were waiting at the desk. I immediately went down to get them only to find them laying out in full view of anyone who came along; anyone could read or take them. It makes me very uneasy that my personal information relating to a legal case was passed around, probably read by staff, and then left in the open instead of being delivered to me ASAP as promised. I might have enjoyed the hotel if not for all the FUBAR.

    That I got help It appears that our recent experience with a front desk representative, Tammy, was unsatisfactory. We encountered significant difficulties upon our arrival, which extended for nearly three hours. Subsequently, a different front desk associate provided exceptional and professional assistance to our entire team. We were also informed of some inaccurate statements made by Tammy during this transition. Given that we are frequent guests at this location, we are now re-evaluating our future accommodations. The level of professionalism and customer service demonstrated by Tammy was unacceptable.

    Manager not helpful. Advertised rollaway beds and was told by manager that seemed to have an attitude that they don't provide them. Morning desk clerk said that they did have rollaway beds after we had to book extra room. Extra $300 to pay for another room.

    the indoor pool was not open for use. Also, I arrived 1/2 earlier then the 3pm check in time due to flight times, but wasn't allowed to check in until 3pm.

    The biggest positive was the location. It was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Unfortunately, the cust. svc. was inconsistent at best. Several front desk and hospitality staff members came across as flat, uninterested, or lacking basic customer service skills, though 1 member of the housekeeping staff was especially friendly and welcoming. 1 interaction was particularly disappointing. After briefly taking items to my car and returning to the breakfast area, a staff member questioned whether I was a hotel guest in front of a dining room full of guests. This occurred after I had already stayed at the hotel for two nights. The assumption and public approach felt rude, embarrassing, and unwelcoming. Overall, the location was a strong advantage, but the room accommodations and customer service left much to be desired.

    Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. The staff helped in giving directions for a nearby restaurant. In the morning when I wanted water at breakfast bottled water was retrieved for me from the front desk and brought to my table.
